Al-ʿAqīdatu al-Mujmalah

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
وَبَعْدُ
فَإِنَّا وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ قَدْ رَضِينَا بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا
وَبِالْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا
وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَبِيًّا وَرَسُولًا
وَبِالْقُرْآنِ إِمَامًا
وَبِالْكَعْبَةِ قِبْلَةً
وَبِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِخْوَانًا
وَتَبَرَّأْنَا مِنْ كُلِّ دِينٍ يُخَالِفُ دِينَ الْإِسْلَامِ
وَآمَنَّا بِكُلِّ كِتَابٍ أَنْزَلَهُ اللَّهُ
وَبِكُلِّ رَسُولٍ أَرْسَلَهُ اللَّهُ
وَبِمَلَائِكَةِ اللَّهِ
وَبِالْقَدَرِ خَيْرِهِ وَشَرِّهِ
وَبِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ
وَبِكُلِّ مَا جَاءَ بِهِ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ اللَّهِ
عَلَى ذَلِكَ نَحْيَا
وَعَلَيْهِ نَمُوتُ
وَعَلَيْهِ نُبْعَثُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مِنَ الْآمِنِينَ
الَّذِينَ لَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ
بِفَضْلِكَ اللَّهُمَّ يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ

Bismi Al-lāhi Ar-Raḥmāni Ar-Raḥīmi
Wa baʿdu
Fa-ʾinnā wal-ḥamdu lil-lāhi qad raḍīnā bil-lāhi rabban
Wa bil-ʾIslāmi dīnan
Wa bi-Muḥammadin ṣallā Al-lāhu ʿalayhi wa ʾālihi wa sallama nabiyyan wa rasūlan
Wa bil-Qurʾāni ʾImāman
Wa bil-Kaʿbati qiblatan
Wa bil-Muʾminīna ʾikhwānan
Wa tabarraʾnā min kulli dīnin yukhālifu dīna al-ʾIslāmi
Wa ʾāmannā bi-kulli kitābin anzalahu Al-lāhu
Wa bi-kulli rasūlin arsalahu Al-lāhu
Wa bi-malāʾikati Al-lāhi
Wa bil-Qadari khayrihi wa sharrihi
Wa bil-Yawmi al-ʾĀkhiri
Wa bi-kulli mā jāʾa bihi Muḥammadun Rasūlu Al-lāhi ṣallā Al-lāhu ʿalayhi wa ʾālihi wa sallama ʿani Al-lāhi
ʿAlā dhālika naḥyā
Wa ʿalayhi namūtu
Wa ʿalayhi nubʿathu ʾin shāʾa Al-lāhu mina al-ʾĀminīna
Alladhīna lā khawfun ʿalayhim wa lā hum yaḥzanūna
Bi-faḍlika Al-lāhumma yā Rabba al-ʿĀlamīna

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
To proceed:

Indeed we, and all praise is due to Allah, are pleased with Allah as our Lord,
with Islam as our religion,
and with Muhammad ﷺ as our Prophet and Messenger,
with the Qur’an as our guide,
with the Ka‘bah as our qiblah,
and with the believers as our brothers.

And we dissociate ourselves from every religion that contradicts the religion of Islam.

And we believe in every book Allah has revealed,
in every messenger Allah has sent,
in the angels of Allah,
in destiny, its good and its bad,
and in the Last Day.

And we believe in everything that Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, brought from Allah.

Upon this we live,
upon this we die,
and upon this we shall be raised (if Allah wills) among the secure,
those upon whom shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve,
by Your grace, O Allah, Lord of all the worlds.
