The Shimmering Light - The Opening Chapter

يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدْ
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمْ
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدْ
حَبِيبِكَ الشَّافِعِ الْمُشَفَّعْ
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدْ
أَعْلَى الْوَرَى رُتْبَةً وَأَرْفَعْ
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدْ
أَسْمَى الْبَرَايَا جَاهًا وَأَوْسَعْ
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدْ
وَاسْلُكْ بِنَا رَبِّ خَيْرَ مَهْيَعْ
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدْ
وَعَافِنَا وَاشْفِ كُلَّ مُوْجَعْ
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدْ
وَأَصْلِحِ الْقَلْبَ وَاعْفُ وَانْفَعْ
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدْ
وَكْفِ الْمُعَادِيْ وَاصْرِفْهُ وَارْدَعْ
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدْ
نَحُلُّ فِي حِصْنِكَ الْمُمَنَّعْ
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدْ
رَبِّ ارْضَ عَنَّا رِضَاكَ الْاَرْفَعْ
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدْ
وَاجْعَلْ لَنَا فِي الْجِنَانِ مَجْمَعْ
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدْ
رَافِقْ بِنَا خَيْرَ خَلْقِكَ أَجْمَعْ
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدْ
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمْ
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ وَبَارِكْ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى آلِهْ
أَعُوذُ بِاللّٰهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
﴿ إِنَّا فَتَحْنَا لَكَ فَتْحًا مُّبِينًا ۝١
لِّيَغْفِرَ لَكَ ٱللَّهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِن ذَنۢبِكَ وَمَا تَأَخَّرَ وَيُتِمَّ نِعْمَتَهُۥ عَلَيْكَ وَيَهْدِيَكَ صِرَٰطًا مُّسْتَقِيمًا ۝٢
وَيَنصُرَكَ ٱللَّهُ نَصْرًا عَزِيزًا ۝٣ ﴾
﴿لَقَدْ جَآءَكُمْ رَسُولٌ مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ عَزِيزٌ عَلَيْهِ مَا عَنِتُّمْ حَرِيصٌ عَلَيْكُم بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ ۝١٢٨
فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا۟ فَقُلْ حَسْبِىَ ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ ۖ وَهُوَ رَبُّ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ ۝١٢٩ ﴾
﴿ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلَـٰٓئِكَتَهُۥ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّ ۚ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ صَلُّوا۟ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا۟ تَسْلِيمًا ۝٥٦ ﴾

Yā Rabbi ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammad
Yā Rabbi ṣalli ʿalayhi wa sallim
Yā Rabbi ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammad
Ḥabībikash shāfi-ʿil mushaffaʿ
Yā Rabbi ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammad,
Aʿlal warā rutbatan-wa arfaʿ
Yā Rabbi ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammad
Asmal barāyā jāhan-wa awsaʿ
Yā Rabbi ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammad
Wasluk binā rabbi khayra mah-yaʿ

Yā Rabbi ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammad
Wa ʿāfinā wash-fi kulla mūjaʿ

Yā Rabbi ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammad
Wa aṣliḥil qalba waʿfu wanfaʿ

Yā Rabbi ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammad
Wakfil muʿādī waṣrifhu wardaʿ

Yā Rabbi ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammad
Naḥullu fī ḥiṣnikal mumannaʿ

Yā Rabbi ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammad
Rabbirḍa ʿannā riḍākal arfaʿ

Yā Rabbi ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammad
Waj-ʿal lanā fil jināni majmaʿ

Yā Rabbi ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammad
Rāfiq binā khayra khalqik ajmaʿ

Yā Rabbi ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammad
Yā Rabbi ṣalli ʿalayhi wa sallim

Allāhumma ṣalli wa sallim wa bārik ʿalayhi wa ʿalā ālih
A’udhu bi’Lalhi mina’sh-shaytāni’r-rajīm
Bismi’Llāhi’r-Rahmāni’r-Rahīm
Innā fatahnā laka fat’ham-mubīnā.
Li yaghhfira laka’Llāhu mā taqaddama min dhambika wa mā ta’akh khara wa yutimma ni’matahu ‘alayka wa yahdiyaka ṣirāṭam - mustaqīmā.
Wa yanṣuraka’llāhu nasran ‘azīzā.
Laqad jā-akum rasūlum min anfusikum ʿazīzun ʿalayhi mā ʿanittum, ḥarīṣun ʿalaykum, bil mu’minīna ra-ūfur raḥīm.
Fa-in tawallow faqul ḥasbiyal-lāhu lā ilāha illāhu;ʿalayhi tawakkaltu; wa huwa rabbul ʿarshil ʿaẓīm
Innal-lāha wa malā-ikatahu yuṣallūna ʿalan-nabiy; yā ayyuhal-ladhīna āmanū ṣallū ʿalayhi wa sallimū taslīmā

My Lord, send Your Mercy upon Muhammad
My Lord, Send Your Mercy and Peace upon him
My Lord, Send Your Mercy upon Muhammad
Your Beloved, the Intercessor whose intercession is accepted
My Lord, Send Your Mercy upon Muhammad
The most Exalted and Eminent of mankind in station
My Lord, Send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
The most sublime and highest of creation in status

My Lord, Send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
And lead us, my Lord, down the most virtuous and expansive path

My Lord, Send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
Grant us complete well-being and cure every afflicted one

My Lord, Send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
Rectify my heart, efface my errors and benefit

My Lord, Send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
Desist, divert and deter every transgressor

My Lord, Send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
And permit us to reside in your impregnable fortress

My Lord, Send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
And grant us, My Lord, Your consummate satisfaction




My Lord, Send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
And appoint for us a place of assembly in paradise

My Lord, Send Your Mercy upon Muḥammad
and gift us all the fellowship of the best of Your creation

My Lord, send Your Mercy upon Muhammad.
My Lord, Send Your Mercy and Peace upon him

O Allāh, send your mercy, peace and blessings upon him and his family
I take refuge in Allāh from Satan, the accursed
In the Name of Allāh, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Truly, we have granted you a clear victory,
so that Allāh may forgive you your previous and later fault, and complete His favour upon you, and guide you on a straight path,
and so Allāh may help you with mighty assistance.
There has certainly come to you a Messenger from among yourselves. Distressing to him is what you suffer; [he is] concerned over you, and to the believers is kind and merciful.
But if they turn away [O Muḥammad], say “Allāh is sufficient for me; there is no deity except Him. On Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne.”
Indeed, Allāh and His angels confer blessings upon the Prophet. O you who believe, ask Allāh to bless him and confer upon him a worthy salutation
