The Shimmering Light - The Supplication

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ فِي الْأَوَّلِينَ
وَصَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ فِي الْآخِرِينَ
وَصَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ فِي النَّبِيِّينَ
وَصَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ فِي الْمُرْسَلِينَ
وَصَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ فِي الْمَلَأِ الْأَعْلَى إِلَى يَوْمِ الدِّينِ
وَصَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ أَجْمَعِينِ
وَلَقَدْ أَشَرْتُ لِنَعْتِ مَنْ أَوْصَافُهُ
تُحْيِ الْقُلُوبَ تُهَيِّجُ الُأَشْجَانَا
وَاللَّهُ قَدْ أَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ فَمَا يُسَا
وِي الْقَوْلُ مِنَّا أَوْ يَكُونُ ثَنَانَا
لَكِنَّ حُبًا فِي السَّرَائِرِ قَدْ دَعَا
لِمَدِيحِ صَفْوَةِ رَبِّنَا وَحَدَانَا
وَإِذِ امْتَزَجْنَا بِالْمَوَدَّةِ هٰهُنَا
نَرْفَعُ أَيْدِي فَقْرِنَا وَرَجَانَا
لِلْوَاحِدِ الْأَحَدِ الْعَلِيِّ إِلٰهِنَا
مُتَوَسِّلِينَ بِمَنْ إِلَيهِ دَعَانَا
مُخْتَارِهِ وَحَبِيبِهِ وَصَفِيِّهِ
زَينِ الْوُجُودِ بِهِ الْإِلٰهُ حَبَانَا
يَا رَبَّنَا يَا رَبَّنَا يَا رَبَّنَا
بِالْمُصْطَفَى اقْبَلْنَا أَجِبْ دَعْوَانَا
أَنْتَ لَنَا أَنْتَ لَنَا يَا ذُخْرَنَا
فِي هَذِهِ الدُّنْيَا وَفِي أُخْرَانَا
أَصْلِحْ لَنَا الْأَحْوَالَ وَاغْفِرْ ذَنْبَنَا
وَلَا تُؤَاخِذْ رَبِّي إِنْ أَخْطَانَا
وَاسْلُكْ بِنَا فِي نَهْجِ طَهَ الْمُصْطَفَى
ثَبِّتْ عَلَى قَدَمِ الْحَبِيبِ خُطَانَا
أَرِنَا بِفَضْلٍ مِنْكَ طَلْعَةَ أَحْمَدٍ
فِي بَهْجَةٍ عَيْنُ الرِّضَا تَرْعَانَا
وَارْبُطْ بِهِ فِي كُلِّ حَالٍ حَبْلَنَا
وَحِبَالَ مَنْ وَدَّ وَمَنْ وَالَانَا
وَالْمُحْسِنِينَ وَمَنْ أَجَابَ نِدَاءَنَا
وَذَوِي الْحُقُوقِ وَطَالِبًا أَوْصَانَا
وَالْحَاضِرِينَ وَسَاعِيًا فِي جَمْعِنَا
هَا نَحْنُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ أَنْتَ تَرَانَا
وَلَقَدْ رَجَوْنَاكَ فَحَقِّقْ سُؤلَنَا
وَاسْمَعْ بِفَضْلِكَ يَا سَمِيعُ دُعَانَا
وَانْصُرْ بِنَا سُنَّةَ طَهَ فِي بِقَا
عِ الْأَرْضِ وَاقْمَعْ كُلَّ مَنْ عَادَانَا
وَانْظُرْ إِلَيْنَا وَاسْقِنَا كَأسَ الْهَنَا
وَاشْفِ وَعَافِ عَاجِلًا مَرْضَانَا
وَاقْضِ لَنَا الْحَاجَاتِ وَاحْسِنْ خَتْمَنَا
عِنْدَ الْمَمَاتِ وَأَصْلِحَنْ عُقْبَانَا
يَا رَبِّ وَاجْمَعْنَا وَأَحْبَابًا لَنَا
فِي دَارِكَ الْفِرْدَوسِ يَا رَجْوَانَا
بِالمُصْطَفَى صَلِّ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ
مَا حَرَّكَتْ رِيحُ الصَّبَا أَغْصَانَا
﴿ سُبْحَـٰنَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ ٱلْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ ۝۱۸٠ وَسَلَـٰمٌ عَلَى ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ ۝۱۸۱ وَٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ ۝۱۸۲ ﴾
﴿ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلَـٰٓئِكَتَهُۥ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّ ۚ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ صَلُّوا۟ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا۟ تَسْلِيمًا ۝٥٦ ﴾
الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا سَيِّدَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ
الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا خَاتَمَ النَّبِيِّينَ
الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا مَنْ أَرْسَلَكَ اللّٰهُ رَحْمَةً لِلْعٰالَمِينَ
وَرَضِيَ اللّٰهُ تَعَالَى عَنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللّٰهِ أَجْمَعِينَ آمِينْ
الْفَاتِحَة

Allāhumma ṣalli wa sallim ‘alā Sayyidinā Muhammadin fil-awwalīn
Wa ṣalli wa sallim ‘alā Sayyidinā Muhammadin fil-ākhirīn
Wa ṣalli wa sallim ‘alā Sayyidinā Muhammadin fin-nabiyyīn
Wa ṣalli wa sallim ‘alā Sayyidinā Muhammadin fil-mursalīn
Wa ṣalli wa sallim ‘alā Sayyidinā Muhammadin fil mala’il-a’la ilā yawmid-din
Wa ṣalli wa sallim ‘alā Sayyidinā Muhammadin wa a’la ālihī wa ṣahbihī ajma’īn
Wa laqad ashartu linaʿti man awṣāfuhu
Tuḥyil qulūba tuhayyijul ashjānā
Wallāhu qad athnā ʿalayhi famā yusā
Wīl qawlu minnā aw yakūnu thanānā
Lākinna ḥubban fis-sarā-iri qad da-ʿā
Limadīḥi ṣafwati Rabbinā wa ḥadānā
Wa idhim tazajnā bil mawaddati hāhunā
Narfa-ʿu aydī faqrinā wa rajānā
Lil Wāḥidil Aḥadil ʿAliyyi ilāhinā
Mutawassilīna biman ilayhi da-ʿānā
Mukhtārihi wa ḥabībihi wa ṣafiyyihi
Zaynil wujūdi bihil ilāhu ḥabānā
Yā rabbanā yā rabbanā yā rabbanā
Bil Muṣṭafāq-balnā ajib daʿwānā
Anta lanā, Anta lanā yaa dhukhrānā
Fī hādhihid dunyā wa fī ukhrānā
Aṣliḥ lanāl aḥwāla waghfir dhambanā
Wa lā tu-ākhidh Rabbī in-akhṭānā
Wasluk binā fī nahji Ṭāhāl Muṣṭafā
Thabbit ʿalā qadamil ḥabībi khuṭānā
Arinā bifaḍlin minka ṭal-ʿata Āḥmadin
Fī bahjatin ʿaynur-riḍā tar-ʿānā
War-buṭ bihi fī kulli ḥālin ḥablanā
Wa hibāla man wadda wa man wālānā
Wal muḥsinīna wa man ajāba nidā-anā
Wa dhawil ḥuqūqi wa ṭāliban awṣānā
Wal ḥāḍirīna wa sā-ʿiyan fī jam-ʿinā
Hā naḥnu bayna yadayka anta tarānā
Wa laqad rajawnāka faḥaqqiq su’ lanā
Wasmaʿ bifaḍlika yā samī-ʿu du-ʿānā
Wanṣur binā sunnata Ṭāhā fī biqā-
ʿil, Arḍi waqmaʿ kulla man ʿādānā
Wanẓur ilaynā wasqinā ka-sal hanā
Washfi wa ʿāfi ʿājilan marḍānā
Waqḍi lanāl ḥājāti waḥsin khatmanā
ʿindal mamāti wa aṣliḥanʿuqbānā
Yā Rabbi wajmaʿnā wa aḥbāban lanā
Fī dārikal Firdawsi yā rajwānā
Bil Muṣṭafā ṣalli ālayhi wa ālihi
Mā ḥarrakat rīhuṣ-ṣabā agh-ṣānā
Subḥāna Rabbika Rabbil ʿizzati ʿammā yaṣifūn, Wa salāmun ʿalal Mursalīn, Wal ḥamdu lillāhi rabbil ʿālamīn
Innal-lāha wa malā-ikatahu yuṣallūna ʿalan-nabiy; yā ayyuhal-ladhīna āmanū ṣallū ʿalayhi wa sallimū taslīmā
Aṣ-ṣalātu was-salāmu ‘alayka yā sayyidal mursalīn
Aṣ-ṣalātu was-salāmu ‘alayka yā khāthaman nabīyyīn
Aṣ-ṣalātu was-salāmu ‘alayka yā man arsalak kallàhu rahmathan lil-‘ālamīn
Wa radhiyal’lāhu an aṣhābi rasūl lillāhi ajma’in Āmīn
al-Fātiḥa

Oh Allah, send prayer and peace upon our Master Muhammad among the first generations
Oh Allah, send prayer and peace upon our Master Muhammad among the later generations
Oh Allah, send prayer and peace upon our Master Muhammad among the Prophets
Oh Allah, send prayer and peace upon our Master Muhammad among the Messengers
Oh Allah, send prayer and peace upon our Master Muhammad in the Supreme Assembly until the Last Day
Oh Allah, send prayer and peace upon our Master Muhammad, upon His Family and His Companions
I have indeed drawn attention to the description of the one whose attributes
Revive the hearts and ignite the fires of yearning.
And Allah Himself has praised him
So how will our words match it?
But it is love established deep in the hearts that urges us
To praise the purest of our Lord’s creation.
Now that we have become infused with love (of Muhammad)
We raise the hands of our poverty and hope.
To our Lord, the One, the Unique, the Most High,
Interceding by the one who called us to Him.
His Chosen one, His Beloved, His purest creation,
The Adornment of existence, the one by whom our Lord has favoured us.
Our Lord, Our Lord, Our Lord,
By the Chosen one, accept us and answer our supplication.
You are sufficient for us. You are sufficient for us. You are our security
In this world and in the Hereafter
Rectify our states, forgive our sins,
And do not hold us accountable, O Lord, when we err.
Lead us down the path of Tāhā, the Chosen One
And make firm our footsteps in the steps of the Beloved.
Show us, by Your grace, the manifestation of Aḥmad, in splendour.
May Your Divine satisfication preserve us.
Strengthen our bond with him in every state,
And the bond of those who love and support us.
And those who work goodness, and those who responded to our call,
And those who have rights over us and those who asked for us to pray for them.
And those that are present and those who work in establishing gatherings
Here we are before you (Oh Allah), truly You see us.
Indeed, we are truly hopeful of your grace, so fulfil our request,
Hear us, by Your Grace, O You who hears our supplication.
Use us as instruments in awarding victory to the sunnah of Ṭaha.
In all parts of the earth, and demolish all who oppose us.
Gaze upon us, and give us to drink from the cup of felicity
And swiftly cure and grant wellbeing to our sick ones.
Take care of our affairs, beautify our last moments at the time of death
And make good our end.
O Lord, gather us and our loved ones
In Your abode of Firdaws, O You Who are our only Hope.
By the Chosen one. Send Your Mercy upon him and his family
As long as the East Wind sways the branches.
Transcendent is your Lord, the Lord of Might, beyond anything they describe. And peace be upon the Messengers. And praise be to Allāh, the Lord of all the worlds.
Indeed, Allāh and His angels confer blessings upon the Prophet. O you who believe, ask Allāh to bless him and confer upon him a worthy salutation
Peace and blessing be upon you, O Master of the Messengers
Peace and blessing be upon you, O Seal of the Prophets
Peace and blessing be upon you, O one who Allah sent as a mercy to the worlds
And may Allah Most High be pleased with all the companions of the Messenger. Āmīn
