Jaliya tul Kadr

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

بَدْرِيَّةٌ وَافَتْ بِبُرْهَانٍ بَهَر
أُحُدِيَّةٌ فِي سَرْدِهَا سِرٌّ ظَهَر

جَمَعَتْ لِأَسْمَاءِ الَّذِينَ سَمَوْا ذُرَىٰ
مَتْنِ العُلَىٰ فِي المَجْدِ مِنْ صَحْبٍ غُرَر

جُنِيَتْ فَوَاكِهُهَا الجَنِيَّةُ مِنْ جَنَىٰ
بَدْرِيَّةٍ أُحُدِيَّةٍ طَابَتْ ثَمَر

سَاقِي بَوَاسِقِهَا النَّضِيدَةِ جَعْفَرٌ
صِنْوُ الَّذِي أَدْنَى جَنَاهَا وَاخْتَبَر

لَكِنْ مِنَ النِّسَبِ الشَّهِيرَةِ جُرِّدَتْ
فِي جُلِّهَا لِتَكُونَ أَوْجَزَ مُخْتَصَر

فَنَثَرْتُ كُلَّ اسْمٍ بِهَا بِعَلَامَةٍ
قُرِنَتْ بِذِكْرِ أَبِيهِ تُغْنِي مَنْ نَظَر

فَمُهَاجِرِيُّهُمُ اعْلَمَنْهُ بِمِيمِهِ
وَكَذَا بِأَوْ أَوْسِيَّهُمْ فِي المُنْتَثَر

وَالخَزْرَجِيَّ بِخَائِهِ وَكَذَا الشَّهِيدُ
بِشِينِهِ مِنْ فَوْقِ نَظْمٍ مُبْتَكَر

لِلَّهِ قَوْمٌ قَدْ حُبُوا بِفَضِيلَةٍ
قَطَعُوا بِهَا أَطْمَاعَ أَقْوَامٍ أُخَر

فَبَخٍ لَهُمْ فَاللهُ قَدْ قَالَ اعْمَلُوا
مَا شِئْتُمُ فَالذَّنْبُ مِنْكُمْ مُغْتَفَر

مَنْظُومَةٌ شَرَفًا سَمَتْ بِنِظَامِهِمْ
وَسَنًا وَقَدْ سُمِيَتْ بِجَالِيَةِ الكَدَر

حِصْنٌ حَصِينٌ مِنْ خُطُوبٍ أَوْجَلَتْ
مَنْ يَسْتَجِرْ فِي المُعْضِلَاتِ بِهَا يُجَرْ

قَدْ جُرِّبَتْ بَيْنَ الأَنَامِ تِلَاوَةً
أَيْضًا وَحَمْلًا فِي الإِقَامَةِ وَالسَّفَر

فَلَكَمْ بِهَا أَغْنَى فَقِيرًا ذُو النَّدَى
وَلَكَمْ بِهَا عَبْدًا كَسِيرًا قَدْ جَبَر

وَخَتَمْتُهَا مُتَوَسِّلًا بِبَقِيَّةِ الْـ
أَصْحَابِ إِجْمَالًا وَسَادَاتٍ خِيَر

وَالتَّابِعِينَ لَهُمْ كَذَاكَ أَئِمَّةٌ
لِشَرِيعَةِ الهَادِي المُمَجَّدِ هُمْ وَزَرْ

فَانْهَضْ إِلَيْهَا إِنْ كُرِبْتَ بِكُرْبَةٍ
يَوْمًا وَلَازِمْهَا العَشَايَا وَالبُكَر

وَابْدَأْ بِأَوَّلِ شَافِعٍ وَمُشَفَّعٍ
طَهَ المُرَجَّى المُصْطَفَى خَيْرِ البَشَر

غِبَّ الثَّنَاءِ عَلَى المُهَيْمِنِ وَالصَّلَا
ةِ عَلَى الرَّسُولِ وَقُلْ بِنَظْمٍ كَالدُّرَر

عَالٍ وَغَالٍ ذِي قَوَافٍ جَمَّةٍ
رَائِيَّةٍ مِنْ كَامِلٍ عَذْبٍ زَخَر

رَبِّي بِسَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ الأَبَر
خَيْرِ البَرِيَّةِ مَنْ بِهِ شَرُفَتْ مُضَر

(سَلِّمْ عَلَيْهِ وَصَلِّ مَا هَبَّ الصَّبَا
أَزْكَى صَلَاةٍ دَائِمًا لَا تَنْحَصِر)

(فَبِجَاهِهِ وَهُوَ المُشَفَّعُ فِي الوَرَى
يَوْمَ المَعَادِ إِذَا دَهَى الخَطْبُ الأَمَر)

إِنِّي سَأَلْتُكَ وَهُوَ أَفْضَلُ مَنْ سُئِلْـ
ـتَ بِهِ وَمَنْ أَثْنَى عَلَيْكَ وَمَنْ شَكَر

(وَبِأَفْضَلِ الأَمْلَاكِ سَيِّدِنَا الَّذِي
بِالْوَحْيِ قَدْ وَافَى إِلَى خَيْرِ البَشَر)

(وَكَذَا بِمِيكَائِيلَ سَيِّدِنَا الرَّضِي
مَنْ فَضْلُهُ بَيْنَ المَلَائِكِ مُعْتَبَر)

(وَكَذَا بِإِسْرَافِيلَ سَيِّدِنَا الَّذِي
بِالنَّفْخِ يَوْمَ العَرْضِ فِي الصُّورِ اشْتَهَر)

(وَكَذَا بِسَيِّدِنَا الَّذِي حَازَ العُلَى
وَبِقَبْضِ أَرْوَاحِ الخَلَائِقِ قَدْ أُمِر)

(فَهُمُ الَّذِينَ مَعَ الرَّسُولِ مُحَمَّدٍ
فِي يَوْمِ بَدْرٍ جَاهَدُوا مَنْ قَدْ كَفَر)

وَصَدِيقِهِ الصِّدِّيقِ سَيِّدِنَا أَبِي
بَكْرٍ خَلِيفَتِهِ المُقَدَّمِ فِي الخَبَرْ

وَبِفَاتِحِ الأَمْصَارِ فِي غَزَوَاتِهِ
مِصْبَاحِ أَهْلِ الخُلْدِ سَيِّدِنَا عُمَر

وَكَذَا بِذِي النُّورَيْنِ سَيِّدِنَا الفَتَى
عُثْمَانَ مَنْ وَرَدَتْ بِمِدْحَتِهِ الزُّمَر

وَكَذَا بِبَابِ مَدِينَةِ العِلْمِ الفَتَى الْـ
ـكَرَّارِ سَيِّدِنَا عَلِيٍّ ذِي الفَخَر

وَكَذَا بِطَلْحَةَ وَالزُّبَيْرِ رَحَا الوَغَى
وَكَذَا ابْنُ عَوْفٍ عَبْدُ رَحْمٰنِ الأَبَر

وَكَذَا بِسَعْدٍ مَعْ سَعِيدٍ وَالأَمِيـ
ـنِ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ مَنْ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَمَرْ

وَكَذَا بِعَمِّ رَسُولِكَ المُخْتَارِ لَيْـ
ـثِ اللهِ حَمْزَةَ مَنْ سَمَا وَسَطَا وَكَرّ

وَالحَارِثِ الأَوْسِيِّ ثُمَّ بِمَالِكٍ
وَسُلَيْمِهِمْ وَبِسَالِمٍ مُقْرِي السُّوَر

وَبِثَقْفِهِمْ وَبِجَابِرٍ وَجُبَيْرِهِمْ
وَبِجَابِرٍ وَأُنَيْسِهِمْ أُسْدِ الظَّفَر

وَبِعَامِرٍ وَبِعَائِذٍ وَبِعَامِرٍ
مَنْ جَرَّعُوا الأَعْدَاءَ كَأْسًا مَا أَمَرّ

وَالحَارِثِ الأَوْسِيِّ ثُمَّ حُرَيْثِهِمْ
وَالحَارِثِ المَوْلَى وَعُتْبَةَ مَنْ بَتَر

وَبِكَعْبِهِمْ وَبِعَاصِمٍ وَصُهَيْبِهِمْ
وَبِلَالِهِمْ ذَاكَ المُؤَذِّنُ فِي السَّحَر

وَبُجَيْرِهِمْ وَبِعَاصِمٍ وَخُبَيْبِهِمْ
وَبَشِيرِهِمْ وَبِسَعْدِهِمْ ذَاكَ الأَبَر

وَتَمِيمِهِمْ وَسُلَيْمِهِمْ وَتَمِيمِهِمْ
أَيْضًا وَرِبْعِيٍّ وَسَعْدٍ مَنْ ضَفَر

وَإِيَاسِهِمْ وَبِأَوْسِهِمْ وَالأَرْقَمِ الْـ
ـبَدْرِيِّ مَعْ أَنَسَةْ مُبِيدِ مَنِ ادَّقَر

أَيْضًا وَبِالعَجْلَانِ ثُمَّ عَدِيِّهِمْ
وَسُرَاقَةَ السَّامِي الَّذِي ثَمَّ انْتَبَر

وَسِنَانِهِمْ وَبِسَهْلِهِمْ وَبِسَبْرَةَ الْـ
أَبْطَالِ أَرْبَابِ الأَعِنَّةِ وَالوَتَر

وَالنَّضْرِ وَالنُّعْمَانِ وَالنُّعْمَانِ مَنْ
شَهِدَتْ لَهُمُ ثُمَّ المَشَاهِدُ وَالأَثَر

وَبِزَيْدِهِمْ وَزِيَادِهِمْ وَبِمَعْبَدٍ
وَأَبِي خُزَيْمَةَ مَنْ لِهِنْدِيٍّ شَهَر

وَزِيَادِهِمْ وَبِسَهْلِهِمْ وَشَهِيدِهِمْ
صَفْوَانَ مَنْ فِي الخُلْدِ قَدْ أَضْحَى وَقَر

وَقَتَادَةَ الأَوْسِيِّ مَعْ سَلَمَةَ كَذَا
أَنَسٌ وَعُقْبَةُ ثُمَّ عُتْبَةُ ذُو الخَفَر

وَبِسَهْلِهِمْ وَخِدَاشِهِمْ وَخِرَاشِهِمْ
مَنْ أَثْخَنُوا بِالسُّمْرِ وَخْزًا مَنْ دَبَر

وَبِعَامِرٍ وَبِمَالِكٍ وَبِمَرْثَدٍ
وَبِمَالِكٍ وَبِمَهْجَعٍ مَوْلَى عُمَر

وَمُعَتِّبٍ وَبِمَعْبَدٍ وَبِمَعْقَلٍ
وَمُعَتِّبٍ وَمُعَاذِهِمْ أَهْلِ الصَّدَر

وَكَذَا قُدَامَةُ مَعْ رِفَاعَةَ مَنْ سَمَا
وَبِخَالِدٍ وَبِثَابِتٍ يَوْمِ الوَغَر

وَبِمَعْمَرٍ وَبِمَالِكٍ وَمُعَاذِهِمْ
وَبِمُحْرِزٍ وَكَذَا رِفَاعَةُ ذُو النَّظَر

وَكَذَا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ مَعَ خَلَّادِهِم
وَكَذَا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ ذَاكَ المُخْتَبَر

وَكَذَا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ ثُمَّ سُلَيْمِهِمْ
وَمُلَيْلِهِمْ وَبِمِسْطَحٍ مَنْ قَدْ حَضَر

وَالمُنْذِرِ الأَوْسِيِّ ثُمَّ بِزَيْدِهِمْ
وَبِرَافِعٍ مَعْ رَافِعِ العَضْبِ الذَّكَر

وَأَبِي عَقِيلٍ مَعَ أَبِي حَسَنٍ وَعَبْـ
ـدِ اللهِ ثُمَّ أَبِي سَلِيطٍ مَنْ قَهَر

وَالحَارِثِ الأَوْسِيِّ ثُمَّ بِرَافِعٍ
وَبِذِي الشِّمَالَيْنِ الشَّهِيدِ مَنِ اشْتَهَر

وَكَذَا بِحَارِثَةَ الهِزَبْرِ مَعَ البَرَا
كَذَا بِبَسْبَسَةَ المَجِيدِ المُعْتَبَر

وَالأَخْنَسِ المَوْلَى وَعِصْمَةَ مَعْ تَمِيـ
ـمِهِمْ وَأَسْعَدَ مَعْ أُبَيٍّ مَنْ بَتَر

وَمُحَمَّدٍ وَبِمُحْرَّرٍ وَبِثَابِتٍ
ورُحَيْلَةَ الصِّيدِ الجَحَاجِيحِ الغُرَر

وَبِزَيْدِهِمْ وَبِوَهْبِهِمْ وَيَزِيدَ مَنْ
كَسَبَ الشَّهَادَةَ وَهِيَ أَرْبَحُ مَا تَجَر

وَكَذَا بِمَسْعُودٍ وَعُتْبَةَ مَعْ عُبَيْـ
ـدِهِمِ وَخَارِجَةَ الَّذِي بِدَمٍ نَثَر

وَكَذَا بِثَعْلَبَةَ الغَضَنْفَرِ مَنْ كَمَى
أَيْضًا وَبِالمِقْدَادِ مَعْ زَيْدِ الوَطَر

وَكَذَا عُمَارَةُ وَالحُصَيْنُ وَأَوْسُهُمْ
وَأَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ مَعْ عُمَارَةَ مَنْ فَخَر

أَيْضًا بِخَلَّادٍ وَمَسْعُودٍ كَذَا
عُكَّاشَةُ السَّامِي بِبُشْرَى كَالقَمَر

وَبِحَاطِبٍ ثُمَّ الحُبَابِ وَحَاطِبٍ
مَنْ ثَمَّ صَدَّقَهُ النَّبِيُّ بِمَا اعْتَذَر

وَكَذَا بِفَرْوَةَ مَعْ يَزِيدَ وَثَابِتٍ
يَوْمَ التَقَى الجَمْعَانِ وَالكُفْرُ انْزَجَر

وَسِنَانِهِمْ وَالحَارِثِ البَدْرِيِّ ثُـ
ـمَّ سَوَادِهِمْ وَصُبَيْحِهِمْ صِيدِ الظَّفَر

وَكَذَا عُبَادَةُ مَعْ خَلِيفَةَ مِنْهُمُ
وَأَبِي لُبَابَةَ قَاصِمِي أَهْلِ الدَّعَر

وَعُمَيْرِهِمْ وَمُعَوِّذٍ وَسَلِيطِهِمْ
وَمُعَاذِهِمْ تَالِي الكِتَابِ المُسْتَطَر

وَبِسَعْدِهِمْ وَبِزَيْدِهِمْ وَبِثَابِتٍ
مَنْ قَدْ سَمَوْا بَدْوَ البَرِيَّةِ وَالحَضَر

وَعُوَيْمِهِمْ وَعِيَاضِهِمْ وَبِجَبْرِهِمْ
وَكَذَا بِعَبْدَةَ ثُمَّ عَمَّارِ الخِيَر

وَكَذَا بِشَمَّاسٍ وَجَبَّارِ الوَغَى
وَأَبٍ لِحَبَّةَ ثُمَّ عَمْرِهِمُ الأَغَرّ

وَبِعَمْرِهِمْ وَخُنَيْسِهِمْ وَإِيَاسِهِمْ
صَحْبِ الَّذِي سَبْعِينَ كَالقَتْلَى أَسَر

وَبِزَيْدِهِمْ وَبِسَعْدِهِمْ وَزِيَادِهِمْ
مَنْ صَيَّرُوا البَاغِي أَذَلَّ مِنَ اليَعَر

وَكَذَا المُجَذَّرُ ثُمَّ غَنَّامٌ مَعًا
وَكَذَا نُعَيْمَانُ الفَتَى حَسَنُ السِّيَر

وَالحَارِثُ الأَوْسِيُّ ثُمَّ بِعَاقِلٍ
مَنْ بِالشَّهَادَةِ حَلَّ أَحْسَنَ مُسْتَقَر

وَكَذَا بِبَحَّاثٍ وَلِبْدَةَ مَعْ أَبِي
أَيُّوبَ ثُمَّ مُعَتَّبٍ صَحْبِ المَبَر

وَعَطِيَّةَ البَدْرِيِّ مَعْ صَيْفِيِّهِمْ
وَكَذَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ مَنْ ثَمَّ انْتَصَر

وَكَذَا أَبُو مَخْشٍ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ ثُـ
ـمَّ سَوَادٌ البَدْرِيُّ إِنْسَانُ البَصَر

أَيْضًا أَبُو شَيْخٍ كَذَا بِخُرَيْمِهِمْ
وَكَذَا بِخَبَّابٍ وَذَكْوَانَ الأَبَر

وَكَذَا أَبُو قَيْسٍ وَعَبْدُ اللهِ ثُـ
ـمَّ الحَارِثُ الزَّحَّافُ فِي يَوْمِ المَفَر

وَكَذَا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ ثُمَّ بِرَافِعٍ
وَكَذَا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ ذِي البَأْسِ الأَمَر

وَأَبٍ لِسَبْرَةَ ثُمَّ عَبْدِ اللهِ ثُـ
ـمَّ بِحَمْزَةَ المُرْدِي إِذَا الحَرْبُ اسْتَعَر

وَكَذَا بِمَسْعُودٍ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ مَعْ
عَبَّادِكَ الشَّهْمِ الَّذِي لَيْلًا جَأَر

وَأَبِي قَتَادَةَ ثُمَّ عَبْدِ اللهِ ثُـ
ـمَّ الحَارِثِ المَوْلَى وَعَبَّادِ لِبَر

أَيْضًا أَبُو سَلَمَةْ كَذَا وَمُعَاذُهُم
وَكَذَا وَدِيعَةُ مَنْ لِذَيْلِ المَجْدِ جَرّ

وَيَزِيدُ وَالنُّعْمَانُ ثُمَّ عُمَيْرُهُمْ
وَكَذَا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ مَنْ مُنِحَ النَّظَر

وَأَبٍ لِكَبْشَةَ ثُمَّ عَبْدِ اللهِ ذَا
كَ اللَّيْثُ ذِمْرٌ لِلصُّفُوفِ إِذَا فَطَر

وَكَذَا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ ثُمَّ بِوَهْبِهِمْ
وَالفَاكِهِ البَدْرِيِّ أَرْبَابِ اليَسَر

وَبِعَامِرٍ ثُمَّ الطُّفَيْلِ وَعَامِرٍ
مَنْ أَثْخَنُوا الأَعْدَاءَ وَخْزًا مَا أَمَرّ

وَعُصَيْمَةَ البَدْرِيِّ مَعْ خَلَّادِهِمْ
وَهِلَالِهِمْ وَكَذَا بِعَبْسٍ مَنْ قَهَر

وَبِوَاقِدٍ وَبِهَانِئٍ وَالحَارِثِ الـ
أَوْسِيِّ ثُمَّ يَزِيدَ مَنْ جَلَّىٰ وَسَر

وَيَزِيدَ مَعْ وَدَقَة وَعَبْدِ اللهِ ثُـ
ـمَّ السَّائِبِ المَوْلَى فَتَى فَتْكٍ كَهَر

وَبِقَيْسِهِمْ وَعُمَيْرِهِمْ وَبِكَعْبِهِمْ
وَأَبِي سِنَانٍ مَنْ لَظَى الهَيْجَا سَجَر

وَالحَارِثِ المَوْلَى وَعَبْدِ اللهِ ثُـ
ـمَّ عُبَيْدِهِمْ وَعُمَيْرِهِمْ مَنْ قَدْ شَتَر

وَكَذَا أَبُو الهَيْثَمْ خُبَعْثِنَةُ الشَّرَى
وَكَذَا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ مِنْهُمْ مَنْ بَسَر

وَيَزِيدَ مَعَ عَمْرٍ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ ثُـ
ـمَّ الحَارِثِ الأَوْسِيِّ مُرْدِي مَنْ دَحَر

وَعُمَيْرِهِمْ وَعُبَيْدِهِمْ وَكَذَا بِعَبْـ
ـدِ اللهِ مَعْ سَلَمَةْ مُصَيِّرِهِمْ عِبَر

وَكَذَا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ ثُمَّ عُبَيْدِهِمْ
خِدْنِ الشَّهَادَةِ وَهْيَ أَفْضَلُ مَا ادَّخَر

وَأَبٍ لِخَارِجَةَ الَّذِي دَانَتْ لَهُ
قُنَنُ المَفَاخِرِ فَامْتَطَاهَا وَانْتَبَر

وَبِعَبْدِ رَبٍّ وَالطُّفَيْلِ وَقَيْسِهِمْ
وَكَذَا بِعُقْبَةَ لِلْعِدَا مَنْ قَدْ نَحَر

وَكَذَا أَبُو الأَعْوَرْ وَقَيْسٌ مِنْهُمُو
وَكَذَا أَبُو مَرْثَدْ وَعَمْرٌو مَنْ دَحَر

وَكَذَا بِضَمْرَةَ مَعَ أَبِي خَلَّادٍ الـ
مِطْعَانِ قَرْمٍ هِزَبْرٍ ضَارٍ زُفَر

وَبِسَعْدِهِمْ وَبِسَهْلِهِمْ وَبِسَعْدِهِمْ
وَبِعَامِرٍ ثُمَّ الطُّفَيْلِ المُنْتَصِر

أَيْضًا وَبِالنُّعْمَانِ وَالنُّعْمَانِ وَالـ
نُّعْمَانِ مَعْ سَلَمَة بِبَدْرٍ مَنْ ظَفَر

وَأَبٍ لِحَنَّةَ ثُمَّ عَبْدِ اللهِ ثُـ
ـمَّ بِقُطْبَةَ السَّامِي لَدَيْكَ مَنِ اسْتَقَر

وَكَذَا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ ثُمَّ بِعَمْرِهِمْ
وَأَبٍ لِطَلْحَةَ مَنْ هُنَالِكَ قَدْ عَكَر

وَكَذَا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ ثُمَّ مُعَاذِهِمْ
وَبِعَمْرِهِمْ مَنْ كَرَّ يَوْمَ الكُفْرُ فَر

وَالمُنْذِرِ البَدْرِيِّ ثُمَّ المُنْذِرِ بْـ
ـنِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَبِسَعْدِهِمْ مَنْ قَدْ أَطَر

وَبِعَمْرِهِمْ وَكَذَا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ مَنْ
أَرْدَى أَبَا جَهْلٍ فَصَارَ إِلَى سَقَر

أَيْضًا وَبِالبَدْرِيِّ مِنْهُمْ مُصْعَبٌ
وَبِسَعْدِهِمْ وَكَذَا رِفَاعَةُ مَنْ نَضَر

وَكَذَا عُبَيْدَةُ ثُمَّ ثَعْلَبَةُ الَّذِي
بِالعَضْبِ بَدَّدَ جَيْشَهُمْ فَغَدَا شَذَر

وَبِمَالِكٍ ثُمَّ الرَّبِيعِ وَمَالِكٍ
وَخُلَيْدِهِمْ وَبِرَافِعٍ مَنْ قَدْ بَدَر

وَكَذَا بِمَسْعُودٍ وَخَوْلِيٍّ وَخَوْ
وَاتٍ وَمَسْعُودٍ وَخَبَّابِ الوَعَر

وَبِثَابِتٍ وَبِخَالِدٍ وَبِمَالِكٍ
وَسِمَاكِهِمْ وَكَذَا بِخَلَّادِ الزَّمِر

وَمُعَوِّذٍ وَشَرِيكِهِمْ وَشُجَاعِهِمْ
أَيْضًا وَبِالضَّحَّاكِ أَقْمَارِ الصُّوَر

وَكَذَا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ ثُمَّ بِعَوْفِهِمْ
وَأَبِي مُلَيْلٍ مَعْ طُلَيْبٍ مَنْ كَسَر

وَسُهَيْلِهِمْ وَحَرَامِهِمْ وَبِسَعْدِهِمْ
وَكَذَا بِثَعْلَبَةَ الهِزَبْرِ المُشْتَهَر

وَبِعَبْدِ رَحْمٰنٍ كَذَا وَبِعَامِرٍ
وَسُرَاقَةَ البَدْرِيِّ قَاصِمِ مَنْ فَجَر

وَالحَارِثِ البَدْرِيِّ مَعْ مِدْلَاجِهِمْ
وَسُهَيْلِهِمْ وَسُلَيْمِهِمْ خِدْنِ الوَزَر

وَبِعَمْرِهِمْ وَسُوَيْبِطٍ وَبِسَعْدِهِمْ
وَكَذَا أَبُو مَسْعُودٍ الصِّيدِ الغُرَر

وَأَبُو حَبِيبٍ ثُمَّ عُقْبَةُ وَالفَتَى
عِتْبَانُ مَنْ صَرَعُوا الأَعَادِي فِي الحُفَر

وَبِنَوْفَلٍ وَبِرَاشِدٍ وَكَذَا أَبُو
ضَيَّاحٍ الفَتَّاكُ مَنْ فِيهِمْ أَصَر

وَأَبٌ لِصِرْمَةَ ثُمَّ عَبْدِ اللهِ مَعْ
سُفْيَانَ مَعْ عَمْرٍو بِبَدْرٍ مَنْ ثَأَر

وَبِمَعْنِهِمْ وَبِسَالِمٍ وَبِمَالِكٍ
وَبِمَعْنِهِمْ وَحَبِيبِهِمْ ذَاكَ الأَغَر

وَبِعَاصِمٍ وَبِعَامِرٍ وَبِعَاصِمٍ
مَنْ قَدْ حُبُوا فَضْلًا وَأَجْرًا قَدْ وَفَر

وَكَذَا رِفَاعَةُ مَعْ رَبِيعَةَ مَنْ سَمَا
وَعُمَيْرِهِمْ وَكَذَا بِعَمْرٍو مَنْ فَخَر

وَأَبِي دُجَانَةَ ثُمَّ حَارِثَةَ الفَتَى
وَكَذَا بِعُقْبَةَ مَنْ حُبُوا حُورَ الحَوَر

وَكَذَا بِمَسْعُودٍ مَعَ النُّعْمَانِ ثُـ
ـمَّ هُبَيْلِهِمْ وَكَذَا بِعُثْمَانَ الأَبَر

وَمُبَشِّرٍ وَبِسَعْدِهِمْ وَبِبِشْرِهِمْ
أَيْضًا وَبِالضَّحَّاكِ ثُمَّ أَبِي اليَسَر

وَكَذَا بِفَرْوَةَ ثُمَّ وَدْقَةَ ثُمَّ ذَكْـ
ـوَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ القَيْسِ مَنْ هَزَمُوا الزُّمَر

وَكَذَاكَ بِالأَمْلَاكِ مَنْ قَدْ أُحْضِرُوا
بَدْرًا لِنَصْرِ المُصْطَفَى هَادِي البَشَر

أَسْمَاءُ شُهَدَاءِ أُحُدٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمْ

وَبِشَاهِدِي أُحُدٍ سَأَلْتُكَ كُلِّهِم
مَنْ بِالشَّهَادَةِ فَازَ ثُمَّ بِمَنْ حَضَر

وَأَبِي عُمَارَةَ سَيِّدِ الشُّهَدَاءِ لَيْـ
ـثِ اللهِ حَمْزَةَ مَنْ إِذَا لَاقَى زَأَر

وَبِحَارِثٍ وَبِرَافِعٍ وَحُسَيْلِهِمْ
وَكَذَا بِخَلَّادٍ وَعَبْدَةَ ذِي الذُّكَر

وَكَذَا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ مَعْ سَهْلٍ وَعَبْـ
ـدِ اللهِ مَعْ سَهْلٍ مُجَاهِدِ مَنْ كَفَر

وَأَبِي هُبَيْرَةَ مَعْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ثُـ
ـمَّ أَبِي حَرَامٍ مَنْ إِلَى عَدْنٍ عَبَر

وَبِمَالِكٍ وَيَسَارِهِمْ وَبِعَمْرِهِمْ
صَحْبِ الَّذِي كَالظَّبْيِ كَلَّمَهُ الحَجَر

وَأَبٍ لِأَيْمَنَ ثُمَّ عَبْدِ اللهِ ذَا
كَ الأَمْجَدُ المُلْقَى شَهِيدًا فِي القَفَر

وَبِثَابِتٍ وَإِيَاسِهِمْ وَمُجَذَّرٍ
وَكَذَا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ ذِي نُورٍ بَهَر

وَبِمُصْعَبٍ وَبِمَعْبَدٍ وَبِعَامِرٍ
وَيَزِيدَ ثُمَّ عُمَارَةَ الطَّوْدِ الأَبَر

وَكَذَا رِفَاعَةُ مَعْ رِفَاعَةَ وَالفَتَى
كَيْسَانُ مَعْ عَمْرٍو خَدِينِ دَمٍ قَطَر

وِبِرَافِعٍ وَحَبِيبِهِمْ وَبِحَارِثٍ
وَبِمَالِكٍ يَوْمَ الكَرِيهَةِ مَنْ صَبَر

وَكَذَا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ مَعْ ذَكْوَانِهِمْ
وَكَذَا أَبُو حَبَّة كَرِيمُ المُعْتَصَر

وَبِحَارِثٍ وَبِمَالِكٍ وَبِحَارِثٍ
مَنْ بِالحَيَاةِ حُبُوا بِزَهْرَاوِيِّ السُّوَر

وَبِعَبْدِ رَحْمٰنٍ كَذَا بِرِفَاعَةَ الـ
أَوْسِيِّ ثُمَّ خِدَاشِهِمْ أَبْطَالِ كَرّ

وَيَزِيدَ ثُمَّ بِعَامِرٍ وَبِسَعْدِهِمْ
مَنْ فِي سَبِيلِكَ قُتِّلُوا بَيْنَ الصَّخَر

وَأُنَيْسِهِمْ وَبِأَوْسِهِمْ وَبِثَابِتٍ
وَبِثَقْفِهِمْ وَبِحَارِثٍ مَنْ قَدْ قَسَر

وَبِثَابِتٍ وَكَذَا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ مَنْ
وَادِي الشَّهظَىٰ بِهِمَا تَشَرَّفَ وَالمَدَر

وَكَذَا بِثَعْلَبَةَ الكَمِيِّ وَسَهْلِهِمْ
وَكَذَا بِعُتْبَةَ ثُمَّ حَنْظَلَةَ البَرَر

وَسُبَيْعِهِمْ وَبِحَارِثٍ وَسُلَيْمِهِمْ
مَعْ ثَقْفٍ المَذْكُورِ ذِي أَجْرٍ وَفَر

وَكَذَا بِعَبَّادٍ وَعَقْرَبَةَ الفَتَى
وَكَذَا بِصَيْفِيٍّ وَضَمْرَةَ مَنْ وَأَر

أَيْضًا أَبُو زَيْدٍ وَشَمَّاسٌ كَذَا
نُعْمَانُ مَعْ نُعْمَانَ ذِي جُودٍ غَمَر

وَبِعَمْرِهِمْ وَبِقَيْسِهِمْ وَبِسَعْدِهِمْ
أَنْصَارُ مُخْتَارٍ إِلَيْهِ سَعَى الشَّجَر

أَيْضًا بِعَبْدِ اللهِ مَعْ سَلَمَة كَذَا
نُعْمَانُ مَعْ سَعْدٍ وَخَيْثَمَةَ القَمَر

وَسُلَيْمِهِمْ وَبِحَارِثٍ وَحُبَابِهِمْ
مَنْ بِالنُّفُوسِ سَخَوْا وَمَا أَحَدٌ ضَمَر

وَكَذَا بِخَارِجَةَ الجَوَادِ وَأَوْسِهِم
وَبِعَمْرِهِمْ وَكَذَا بِعَنْتَرَةَ الأَغَرّ

وَعُبَيْدِهِمْ وَبِعَامِرٍ وَعُبَيْدِهِمْ
مَنْ طَابَ مَثْوَاهُمْ وَأَجْرُهُمُ تَغَر

وَبِقَيْسِهِمْ وَبِرَافِعٍ وَبِمَالِكٍ
مَنْ شُمَّ مِنْهُمْ نَشْرُ ذَيَّاكَ الذَّفَر

وَإِيَاسِهِمْ وَبِنَوْفَلٍ وَبِقَيْسِهِمْ
وَسَعِيدِهِمْ مَنْ طَابَ مَثْوًى بِالقَدَر

وَعُمَيْرِهِمْ وَبِوَهْبِهِمْ وَبِعَمْرِهِمْ
وَزِيَادِهِمْ مَنْ نُورُهُمْ ثَمَّ انْتَشَر

أَيْضًا بِعَبَّاسٍ وَزَيْدِهِمُ كَذَا
أَنَسٌ وَقَرَّةُ مَنْ عَلَى العُقْبَى شَكَر

الخَاتِمَةُ

وَكَذَا بِفَاطِمَةَ الَّتِي فَضُلَتْ عَلَى
كُلِّ النِّسَاءِ وَقُلِّدَتْ عِقْدَ الفَخَر

أَيْضًا وَبِالحَسَنَيْنِ سِبْطَيْ سَيِّدِ الـ
كَوْنَيْنِ مَنْ بِكِسَائِهِ لَهُمَا سَتَر

وَبِعَمِّهِ العَبَّاسِ ثُمَّ بِنَجْلِهِ الـ
حَبْرِيِّ عَبْدِ اللهِ نِبْرَاسِ الفِكَر

وَكَذَا بِكُلِّ الآلِ وَالأَصْحَابِ وَالـ
أَزْوَاجِ وَالعَمَّاتِ رَبَّاتِ الخَفَر

وَعَلِيٍّ السَّجَّادِ مِصْبَاحِ الدُّجَى
وَبِبَاقِرٍ مَنْ لِلمَعَالِمِ قَدْ بَقَر

وَبِصَادِقٍ وَبِكَاظِمٍ ثُمَّ الرِّضَا
مَنْ لِلمَسَاجِدِ وَالمَدَارِسِ قَدْ عَمَر

وَكَذَا بِبَاقِي التَّابِعِينَ أُولِي التُّقَى
وَالعَادِلِ الأُمَوِيِّ سَيِّدِنَا عُمَر

وَأَبِي حَنِيفَةَ وَابْنِ إِدْرِيسَ الفَتَى
وَبِمَالِكٍ وَبِأَحْمَدَ الأُسْدِ الغُرَر

وَبِمَنْ لَدَيْكَ لَهُ مَقَامٌ قَدْ سَمَا
قُطْبِ الزَّمَانِ وَكُلِّ قُطْبٍ فِيهِ مَرّ

وَبِمَنْ سُقُوا صَهْبَاءَ حُبِّكَ مَنْ هُمُ
أَهْلُ الهُيَامِ وَالاصْطِلَامِ مِنَ السَّكَر

وَكَذَا بِمَنْ شَهِدُوا الجَمَالَ وَمَنْ جَفَتْ
لَيْلًا جُنُوبُهُمُ المَضَاجِعَ بِالسَّهَر

أَيْضًا وَكَيْلَانِيِّهمْ غَوْثِ الوَرَى
وَكَذَا الدُّسُوقِيِّ النَّقِيبِ المُشْتَهَر

وَبِسَيِّدِي البَدَوِيِّ قُدِّسَ سِرُّهُ
وَبِقُطْبِهِمْ ذَاكَ الرِّفَاعِيُّ الأَغَرّ

أَنْ تُحْسِنَ العُقْبَى وَتَمْنَحَنِي الرِّضَا
وَتَمُنَّ بِالحُسْنَى وَتَقْضِيَ لِي الوَطَر

وَكَذَا تُحَقِّقَ لِي ظُنُونِي فِيكَ يَا
مَنْ لَا يُخَيِّبُ مَنْ إِلَيْهِ قَدِ افْتَقَر

وَتُقِيلَنِي العَثَرَاتِ يَا رَبِّي وَلَا
مَوْلًى سِوَاكَ يُقِيلُ عَثْرَةَ مَنْ عَثَر

وتُعِيذَنَا مِنْ كُلِّ خَطْبٍ فَادِحٍ
وَمِنَ العِدَا مَنْ رَامَنَا مِنْهُمْ بِضُر

وَمِنَ الحَسُودِ وَكُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَمَنْ
يَبْغِي عَلَيَّ وَمَنْ عَلَى كَيْدِي أَصَر

وَتَحُفَّنَا بِخَفِيِّ لُطْفِكَ فِي القَضَا
يَا مَنْ بِنَا مَا زَالَ يَلْطُفُ فِي القَدَر

وَتُجِيرَنَا مِنْ فِتْنَةِ المَحْيَا وَمِن
فِتَنِ المَمَاتِ وَكُلِّ مَا يُفْضِي لِشَر

وَإِذَا دَنَا مِنِّي الحِمَامُ تُمِيتَنَا
رَبِّي عَلَى حُسْنِ الخِتَامِ بِلَا ذَعَر

وَتُجِيرُنَا مَنًّا مِنَ النِّيرَانِ فِي
يَوْمٍ يَهُولُ الخَلْقَ مِنْ هَوْلٍ وَحَر

وَبِجَنَّةِ الفِرْدَوْسِ تُسْكِنَنَا مَعَ الـ
مُخْتَارِ ثُمَّ إِلَيْكَ تَمْنَحَنَا النَّظَر

ثُمَّ الصَّلَاةُ مَعَ السَّلَامِ عَلَى الَّذِي
أَيَّدْتَهُ بِظُبَى المَلَائِكِ وَالبَشَر

وَالآلِ وَالصَّحْبِ الضَّرَاغِمِ فِي الوَغَى
صِيدِ المَآثِرِ وَالمَشَاهِدِ وَالظَّفَر

(أَيُضَامُ عَبْدٌ فِي حِمَاكُمْ قَدْ نَزَلْ
يَا سَادَةً لَهُمُ السِّيَادَةُ فِي الأَزَلْ)

(إِنِّي أَتَيْتُ إِلَيْكُمُ مُسْتَصْرِخًا
يَا مَنْ بِهِم كُلُّ الأَمَانِي وَالأَمَلْ)

(أَنْتُمْ وُلَاةُ الحَيِّ يَا غَوْثَ الوَرَى
كُونُوا لَنَا نَصْرًا عِيَانًا عَنْ عَجَلْ)

(حَاشَا وَكَلَّا أَنْ نُخِيبَ الظَّنَّ فِي
رَبْعِ المُلُوكِ العَارِفِينَ ذَوِي الدُّوَل)

(فَهُمُ الأَوَائِلُ وَالأَوَاخِرُ بَعْضُهُمْ
سَبَقَتْ لَهُمْ كُلُّ العِنَايَةِ فِي الأَزَلْ)

وَصَلَّى اللهُ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ أَجْمَعِينَ

Bismi llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm

Badriyyatun wāfat bi-burhānin bahar
Uḥudiyyatun fī sardihā sirrun ẓahar

Jamaʿat li-asmāʾi lladhīna samaw dhurā
Matni l-ʿulā fī-l-majdi min ṣaḥbin ghurar

Juniyat fawākihuhā l-janiyyatu min janā
Badriyyatin Uḥudiyyatin ṭābat thamar

Sāqī bawāsiqihā n-naḍīdati Jaʿfarun
Ṣinwu lladhī adnā janāhā wa-khtabar

Lākin min an-nasabi sh-shahīrati jurridat
Fī jullihā li-takūna awjaza mukhtaṣar

Fa-nathartu kulla smin bihā bi-ʿalāmatin
Qurinat bi-dhikri abīhi tughnī man naẓar

Fa-muhājiriyyuhumu ʿlamanhu bi-mīmihi
Wa-kadhā bi-aw Awsiyyahum fī-l-muntathar

Wal-Khazrajiyya bi-khāʾihi wa-kadhā sh-shahīdu
Bi-shīnihi min fawqi naẓmin mubtakar

Lillāhi qawmun qad ḥubū bi-faḍīlatin
Qaṭaʿū bihā aṭmāʿa aqwāmin ukhar

Fa-bakhin lahum fa-llāhu qad qāla ʿmalū
Mā shiʾtumu fa-dh-dhanbu minkum mughtafar

Manẓūmatun sharafan samat bi-niẓāmihim
Wa-sanan wa-qad summiyat bi-Jāliyati l-Kadar

Ḥiṣnun ḥaṣīnun min khuṭūbin awjalat
Man yastajir fī-l-muʿḍilāti bihā yujar

Qad jurribat bayna l-anāmi tilāwatan
Ayḍan wa-ḥamlan fī-l-iqāmati was-safar

Fa-lakam bihā aghnā faqīran Dhū n-Nadā
Wa-lakam bihā ʿabdan kasīran qad jabar

Wa-khatamtuhā mutawassilan bi-baqiyyati l-
Aṣḥābi ijmālan wa-sādātin khiyar

Wat-tābiʿīna lahum kadhāka aʾimmatun
Li-sharīʿati l-hādī l-mumajjadi hum wazar

Fa-nhāḍ ilayhā in kuribta bi-kurbatin
Yawman wa-lāzimhā l-ʿashāyā wal-bukar

Wa-bdāʾ bi-awwali shāfiʿin wa-mushaffaʿin
Ṭāhā l-murajjā l-Muṣṭafā khayri l-bashar

Ghibba th-thanāʾi ʿalā l-Muhaymini waṣ-ṣalā
Ti ʿalā r-Rasūli wa-qul bi-naẓmin kad-durar

ʿĀlin wa-ghālin dhī qawāfin jammatin
Rāʾiyyatin min kāmilin ʿadhbin zakhar

Rabbī bi-sayyidinā Muḥammadin al-abar
Khayri l-bariyyati man bihi shurufat Muḍar

(Sallim ʿalayhi wa-ṣalli mā habba ṣ-ṣabā
Azkā ṣalātin dāʾiman lā tanḥaṣir)

(Fa-bi-jāhihi wa-huwa l-mushaffaʿu fī-l-warā
Yawma l-maʿādi idhā dahā l-khaṭbu l-amar)

Innī saʾaltuka wa-huwa afḍalu man suʾil
Ta bihi wa-man athnā ʿalayka wa-man shakar

(Wa-bi-afḍali l-amlāki sayyidinā lladhī
Bil-waḥyi qad wāfā ilā khayri l-bashar)

(Wa-kadhā bi-Mīkāʾīla sayyidinā r-raḍī
Man faḍluhu bayna l-malāʾiki muʿtabar)

(Wa-kadhā bi-Isrāfīla sayyidinā lladhī
Bin-nafkhi yawma l-ʿarḍi fī-ṣ-ṣūri shtahar)

(Wa-kadhā bi-sayyidinā lladhī ḥāza l-ʿulā
Wa-bi-qabḍi arwāḥi l-khalāʾiqi qad umir)

(Fa-humu lladhīna maʿa r-Rasūli Muḥammadin
Fī yawmi Badrin jāhadū man qad kafar)

Wa-ṣadīqihi ṣ-Ṣiddīqi sayyidinā Abī
Bakrin khalīfatihi l-muqaddami fī-l-khabar

Wa-bi-fātiḥi l-amṣāri fī ghazawātihi
Miṣbāḥi ahli l-khuldi sayyidinā ʿUmar

Wa-kadhā bi-Dhī n-Nūrayni sayyidinā l-fatā
ʿUthmāna man waradat bi-midḥatihi z-zumar

Wa-kadhā bi-bābi madīnati l-ʿilmi l-fatā l-
Karrāri sayyidinā ʿAliyyin dhī l-fakhar

Wa-kadhā bi-Ṭalḥata waz-Zubayri raḥā l-waghā
Wa-kadhā bni ʿAwfin ʿAbdi Raḥmāni l-aghar

Wa-kadhā bi-Saʿdin maʿ Saʿīdin wal-Amī
Ni Abī ʿUbaydata man bi-maʿrūfin amar

Wa-kadhā bi-ʿammi Rasūlika l-mukhtāri lay
Thi llāhi Ḥamzata man samā wa-saṭā wa-kar

Wal-Ḥārithi l-Awsiyyi thumma bi-Mālikin
Wa-Sulaymihim wa-bi-Sālimin muqrī s-suwar

Wa-bi-thaqfihim wa-bi-Jābirin wa-Jubayrihim
Wa-bi-Jābirin wa-Unaysihim usdi ẓ-ẓafar

Wa-bi-ʿĀmirin wa-bi-ʿĀʾidhin wa-bi-ʿĀmirin
Man jarraʿū l-aʿdāʾa kaʾsan mā amar

Wal-Ḥārithi l-Awsiyyi thumma Ḥuraythihim
Wal-Ḥārithi l-Mawlā wa-ʿUtbata man batar

Wa-bi-Kaʿbihim wa-bi-ʿĀṣimin wa-Ṣuhaybihim
Wa-Bilālihim dhāka l-muʾadhdhiru fī-s-saḥar

Wa-Bujayrihim wa-bi-ʿĀṣimin wa-Khubaybihim
Wa-Bashīrihim wa-bi-Saʿdihim dhāka l-abar

Wa-Tamīmihim wa-Sulaymihim wa-Tamīmihim
Ayḍan wa-Ribʿiyyin wa-Saʿdin man ḍafar

Wa-Iyāsihim wa-bi-Awsihim wal-Arqami l-
Badrī maʿ Anasata mubīdi mani ddaqar

Ayḍan wa-bil-ʿAjlāni thumma ʿAdiyyihim
Wa-Surāqata s-sāmī lladhī thamma ntabar

Wa-Sinānihim wa-bi-Sahlihim wa-bi-Sabrata l-
Abṭāli arbābi l-aʿinnati wal-watar

Wan-Naḍri wan-Nuʿmāni wan-Nuʿmāni man
Shahidat lahum thumma l-mashāhidu wal-athar

Wa-bi-Zaydihim wa-Ziyādihim wa-bi-Maʿbadin
Wa-Abī Khuzaymata man li-Hindiyyin shahar

Wa-Ziyādihim wa-bi-Sahlihim wa-shahīdihim
Ṣafwāna man fī-l-khuldi qad aḍḥā waqar

Wa-Qatādata l-Awsiyyi maʿ Salamata kadhā
Anasun wa-ʿUqbatu thumma ʿUtbatu dhū l-khafar

Wa-bi-Sahlihim wa-Khidāshihim wa-Khirāshihim
Man athkhanū bis-sumri wakhzan man dabar

Wa-bi-ʿĀmirin wa-bi-Mālikin wa-bi-Marthadin
Wa-bi-Mālikin wa-bi-Mahjaʿin mawlā ʿUmar

Wa-Muʿattibin wa-bi-Maʿbadin wa-bi-Maʿqalin
Wa-Muʿattibin wa-Muʿādhihim ahli ṣ-ṣadar

Wa-kadhā Qudāmatu maʿ Rifāʿata man samā
Wa-bi-Khālidin wa-bi-Thābitin yawma l-waʿar

Wa-bi-Maʿmarin wa-bi-Mālikin wa-Muʿādhihim
Wa-bi-Muḥrizin wa-kadhā Rifāʿatu dhū n-naẓar

Wa-kadhā bi-ʿAbdi llāhi thumma Sulaymihim
Wa-Mulaylihim wa-bi-Misṭaḥin man qad ḥaḍar

Wal-Mundhiri l-Awsiyyi thumma bi-Zaydihim
Wa-bi-Rāfiʿin maʿ Rāfiʿi l-ʿaḍbi dh-dhakar

Wa-Abī ʿAqīlin maʿa Abī Ḥasanin wa-ʿAb
Di llāhi thumma Abī Salīṭin man qahar

Wa-kadhā bi-ʿAbdi llāhi maʿ Khallādihim
Wa-kadhā bi-ʿAbdi llāhi dhāka l-mukhtabar

Wal-Ḥārithi l-Awsiyyi thumma bi-Rāfiʿin
Wa-bi-Dhī sh-Shimālayni sh-shahīdi mani shtuhir

Wa-kadhā bi-Ḥārithata l-hizabri maʿa l-Barā
Kadhā bi-Basbasata l-majīdi l-muʿtabar

Wal-Akhnasi l-Mawlā wa-ʿIṣmata maʿ Tamī
Mihim wa-Asʿada maʿ Ubayyin man batar

Wa-Muḥammadin wa-bi-Muḥrizin wa-bi-Thābitin
Wa-Ruḥaylata ṣ-ṣīdi l-jaḥājīḥi l-ghurar

Wa-bi-Zaydihim wa-bi-Wahbihim wa-Yazīda man
Kasaba sh-shahādata wa-hiya arbaḥu mā tajar

Wa-kadhā bi-Masʿūdin wa-ʿUtbata maʿ ʿUbay
Dihim wa-Khārijata lladhī bi-damin nathar

Wa-kadhā bi-Thaʿlabata l-ghaḍanfari man kamā
Ayḍan wa-bil-Miqdādi maʿ Zaydi l-waṭar

Wa-kadhā ʿUmāratu wal-Ḥuṣaynu wa-Awsuhum
Wa-Abū Ḥudhayfata maʿ ʿUmārata man fakhar

Ayḍan bi-Khallādin wa-Masʿūdin kadhā
ʿUkkāshatu s-sāmī bi-bushrā kal-qamar

Wa-bi-Ḥāṭibin thumma l-Ḥubābi wa-Ḥāṭibin
Man thamma ṣaddaqa-hu n-nabiyyu bi-mā ʿtadhard

Wa-kadhā Abū l-Haytham khubaʿthinatu sh-sharā
Wa-kadhā bi-ʿAbdi llāhi minhum man basar

Wa-Yazīda maʿa ʿAmrin wa-ʿAbdi llāhi thum
Ma l-Ḥārithi l-Awsiyyi murdī man daḥar

Man bish-shahādati fāza thumma bi-man ḥaḍar

Wa-Abī ʿImārata sayyidi sh-shuhadāʾi lay
Thi llāhi Ḥamzata man idhā lāqā zaʾar

Wa-bi-Ḥārithin wa-bi-Rāfiʿin wa-Ḥusaylihim

Ṣaḥbi lladhī kaẓ-ẓabyi kallamahu l-ḥajar

Wa-Abin li-Aymana thumma ʿAbdi llāhi dhā
Ka l-amjadu l-mulqā shahīdan fī-l-qafar

Wa-bi-Thābitin wa-Iyāsihim wa-Mujadhdharin

Wa-bi-Thābitin wa-kadhā bi-ʿAbdi llāhi man

Man shumma minhum nashru dhayyāka dh-dhafar

Wa-kadhā bi-Fāṭimata llatī faḍulat ʿalā
Kulli n-nisāʾi wa-qullidat ʿiqda l-fakhar

Ayḍan wa-bil-Ḥasanayni sibṭay sayyidi l-
Kawnayni man bi-kisāʾihi lahumā satar

Wa-bi-ʿammihi l-ʿAbbāsi thumma bi-najlihi l-
Ḥabriyyi ʿAbdi llāhi nibrāsi l-fikar

Wa-kadhā bi-kulli l-āli wal-aṣḥābi wal-
Azwāji wal-ʿammāti rabbāti l-khafar

Wa-ʿAliyyin is-Sajjādi miṣbāḥi d-dujā
Wa-bi-Bāqirin man lil-maʿālimi qad baqar

Wa-bi-Ṣādiqin wa-bi-Kāẓimin thumma r-Riḍā
Man lil-masājidi wal-madārisi qad ʿamar

Wal-Amjadayni Naqiyyihim wa-Taqiyyihim
Wal-ʿAskariyyi aʾimmatin ithnā ʿashar

Wa-bi-khtamihim najli r-Rasūli Muḥammadin
Mahdiyyinā l-ātī l-imāmi l-muntaẓar

Wa-kadhā bi-bāqī t-tābiʿīna ulī t-tuqā
Wal-ʿĀdili l-Umawiyyi sayyidinā ʿUmar

Wa-Abī Ḥanīfata wa-bni Idrīsa l-fatā
Wa-bi-Mālikin wa-bi-Aḥmada l-usdi l-ghurar

Wa-bi-man ladayka lahu maqāmun qad samā
Quṭbi z-zamāni wa-kulli quṭbin fīhi marr

Wa-bi-man suqū ṣahbāʾa ḥubbika man humu
Ahlu l-huyāmi wal-iṣṭilāmi min as-sakar

Wa-kadhā bi-man shahidū l-jamāla wa-man jafat
Laylan junūbuhumu l-maḍājiʿa bis-sahar

Ayḍan wa-Kaylāniyyihim ghawthi l-warā
Wa-kadhā d-Dusūqiyyi n-naqībi l-mushtahar

Wa-bi-sayyidī l-Badawiyyi quddisa sirruhu
Wa-bi-quṭbihim dhāka r-Rifāʿiyyu l-aghar

An tuḥsina l-ʿuqbā wa-tamnaḥanī r-riḍā
Wa-tamunna bil-ḥusnā wa-taqḍiya lī l-waṭar

Wa-kadhā tuḥaqqiqa lī ẓunūnī fīka yā
Man lā yukhayyibu man ilayhi qad iftaqar

Wa-tuqīlanī l-ʿatharāti yā rabbī wa-lā
Mawlan siwāka yuqīlu ʿatharata man ʿathar

Wa-tuʿīdhanī min kulli khaṭbin fādiḥin
Wa-min al-ʿidā man rāmanī minhum bi-ḍar

Wa-min al-ḥasūdi wa-kulli shayṭānin wa-man
Yabghī ʿalayya wa-man ʿalā kaydī aṣar

Wa-taḥuffanī bi-khafiyyi luṭfika fī-l-qaḍā
Yā man binā mā zāla yalṭufu fī-l-qadar

Wa-tujīranī min fitnati l-maḥyā wa-min
Fitani l-mamāti wa-kulli mā yufḍī li-shar

Wa-idhā danā minnī l-ḥimāmu tumītanī
Faḍlan ʿalā ḥusni l-khitāmi bilā dhaʿar

Wa-tujīranī mannan min an-nīrāni fī
Yawmin yahūlu l-khalqa min hawlin wa-ḥar

Wa-bi-jannati l-firdawsi tuskinanī maʿa l-
Mukhtāri thumma ilayka tamnaḥanī n-naẓar

Thumma ṣ-ṣalātu maʿa s-salāmi ʿalā lladhī
Ayyadtahu bi-ẓubā l-malāʾiki wal-bashar

Wal-āli waṣ-ṣaḥbi ḍ-ḍarāghimi fī-l-waghā
Ṣīdi l-maʾāthiri wal-mashāhidi waẓ-ẓafar

(A-yuḍāmu ʿabdun fī ḥimākum qad nazal
Yā sādatan lahumu s-siyādatu fī-l-azal)

(Innī ataytu ilaykumu mustaṣrikhan
Yā man bihim kullu l-amānī wal-amal)

(Antum wulātu l-ḥayyi yā ghawtha l-warā
Kūnū lanā naṣran ʿiyānan ʿan ʿajal)

(Ḥāshā wa-kallā an yakhība ẓ-ẓannu fī
Rabʿi l-mulūki l-ʿārifīna dhawī d-duwal)

(Fa-humu l-awāʾilu wal-awākhiru baʿḍuhum
Sabaqat lahum kullu l-ʿināyatu fī-l-azal)

Wa-ṣallā llāhu ʿalā sayyidinā Muḥammadin wa-ālihi wa-ṣaḥbihi ajmaʿīn

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

An ode to Badr, full of clear proofs
An ode to Uhud, unique in its manifest secret

Gathered the names of those who rose in glory
To the high peak of firmness through noble companionship

Its ripe fruit reaped from the harvest
Of Badr and Uhud, a yield most pure!

Watered in its harmony by its author Ja'far
Flowing through a ravine, picked and checked

However, from the famous arrangement, only the most essential have been extracted
To make it the briefest of abridgements

I have marked each name with a symbol
And included the father's name to suffice the one that examines closely

I have marked the Migrants with a 'mîm',
And Aws with 'aw' according to this pattern

And the Khazraji with 'kha' and the martyr
With 'shîn' systematically above the poem

To Allah belongs a beloved folk granted a bounty
Beyond which others could only imagine

So good fortune to them! For Allah has indeed said:
'Do as you wish for your sins are forgiven'

A noble poem raised and elevated by the arrangement (of their names)
And I have called it Jâliyatul Kadr

A fortified fortress by which protection is granted to the
One filled with fear, seeking sanctuary in difficult times

Indeed, its recitation has been verified among people
And carried in travel and residence

By it, the one who calls in poverty is enriched
And the broken one is repaired

And I concluded it imploring through the remaining com-
panions and masters of good

And the followers and likewise the Imâms
Of the guiding glorified path, their ministers

Rise to it every day if you face difficulty
And adhere to it morn and eve

I begin with the first to intercede, TaHa,
The one hoped for, the chosen one, the best of humankind

Pour out exhortations of the Protector, salutations
Upon the Messenger, and recite them poetically like pearls

High rich metered verse in the letter 'ra'
From a perfect, sweet overflowing treasure

O my Lord! Upon our master Muhammad, most righteous
The best of humankind, the one who ennobled the tribe of Mudar

(Send him salutations like the abundant easterly wind
And the purest of unceasing prayers)

(And by his status - humankind's intercessor on the Day of Return
When the great affair strikes)

I beseech you - and he is the best I have implored
Through! One who praised and thanked You

(And also by the best of angels, our master that came
With revelation delivered to the best of men)

(Likewise, our master Mikail, the content one
Esteemed among angels)

(Likewise, our master Isrâfil
Famed for blowing the Trumpet on Judgement Day)

(And our master, who received the high command
To take the souls of humankind when ordered)

(For they were with the Messenger Muhammad
On the Day of Badr and fought those who disbelieved)

And his friend, the truthful one, our master Abu
Bakr, his foremost representative, as narrated

And by the one who opened cities through his conquest,
The lantern of the people of eternity, our master 'Umar

Likewise, the possessor of two lights, our master the youth
Uthman, about whom it is related the groups sang praises

And likewise the door to the city of knowledge, the youth
Who charges, our master 'Ali of great pride

And likewise, by Talha and Zubayr, the millstones of war
And also Ibn 'Awf, Abdul Rahmân, the most righteous

And also by Sa'd and Saîd, and the trust-
worthy Abu 'Ubayda who called towards righteousness

And likewise the Prophet's uncle, the chosen
Lion of Allah, Hamza who rose, charged and pounced

And al-Harith of Aws, then by Mâlik
And their Sulaym, and Sâlim, the reciter of Quranic chapters

And by their Thaqaf, Jâbir and Jubayr
And Jâbir and Unays, victorious lions

And by 'Amir and 'Aidh and 'Âmir
Who made the enemies drink a bitter cup

And al-Harith of Aws and all their Hurîth
And al-Harith the freed slave and 'Utba who maimed

And by their Ka'b and Asim and Suhaib
And Bilâl, the caller to prayer at dawn

And their Jubayr, Asim, Khubayb,
Bashîr and Sa'd, most righteous

Also Rabi'a and Sa'd who rode at the battle

And their Iyâs, Aws and Arqam al-
Badri with Anasa, who destroyed the attackers

Also by Ajlân, then their 'Adî
And Saraqa the elevated, who stood tall

And their Sinân, Sahl, and Sabra, the
Heroes of bridle and bow

And Nadr, Nu'mân and Nu'mân
The historic sites and remains bore witness to them

And their Zayd, Ziyâd, Ma'bad
And Abu Khuzayma famed for his Indian sword

And Ziyâd, Sahl and their martyr
Safwân who rests eternally in Paradise

And Qatâda al-Awsi with Salma
Likewise Anas, 'Uqba and 'Utba, the guard

And their Sahl, Khidâsh and Khirâsh
Who pierced with brown spears those who turned away

And Âmr, Mâlik, Murthid
Mâlik and Muhja, 'Umar's freed slave

And Mu'atub, Ma'bad, Ma'qil
And Mu'atib and Mu'adh, men of heart

And likewise Qudâma with Rifa' who rose
And Khâlid and Thâbit on the day of intense heat

And Ma'amr, Mâlik, their Mu'adh
Muhariz and likewise Rifa', the perceptive

Likewise, 'Abdullah with their Khallâd
And Abdullah the tested and elect

Likewise 'Abdullah, then their Sulaym
Malîl, Mistah who were all certainly present

And al-Mundhir al-Awsi, then by their Zayd
And Râfi who raised his sharp sword

And Abu 'Aqîl with Abu'l Hasan and 'Ab-
dullah, then Abu Sulayt who overcame

And al-Harith al-Awsi, then Râfi
And Dhi Shamalayn, the famed martyr

And likewise Haritha, the weighty lion, with al-Bara'
Likewise by Basbasa, the majestic and honoured

And the freed slave al-Akhnas, 'Isma with their Tamî-
m, and As'ad with Ubayy who severed

And Muhammad, Muharar, Thâbit
And Rukhayla, men of great authority, the nobles

And by their Zayd, Wahb and Yazîd
Who attained martyrdom, the most profitable trade

And likewise by Mas'ûd, 'Utba with 'Ubay-
d, and Khârija who spilt blood

And likewise by Tha'laba, the lion who adopted armor
Also Miqdâd and the purposeful Zayd

Likewise 'Umâra, Husayn, their Aws
And Abu Hudhaifa with 'Umâra who stood proud

Likewise Khallâd and Mas'ûd, and
'Ukâsha, elevated by glad tidings like the moon

And by Hatib then al-Hubâb, and Hatib
Whose excuse was accepted by the Prophet

And likewise by Farwa with Yazîd and Thâbit
Firm on the day the armies met and disbelief was driven back

And their Sinân and al-Harith al-Badri, the-
n their Sawwâd and Subayh, the lions of victory

Likewise 'Ubâdah with Khalîfa
And Abu Lubâba who broke the people of debauchery

And their 'Umaym, Muawwadh, Sulayt
And Mu'adh who read the written book

And by their Sa'd, Zayd, Thâbit
Raised men of town and desert

And then 'Umayr, 'Iyâd, Jubayr
Likewise 'Abda then 'Ammâr, the elect

Likewise by Shammâs, Jabbâr, who silenced the uproar
And Abu Lihabba then their 'Amr, most noble

And by their 'Amr, Khunnays, Iyâs
The companions of the one who captured seventy adversaries

And by their Zayd, Sa'd and Ziyâd
Who abased the transgressors more than bleating lambs

Likewise al-Mujadhat then Ghannâm together
Likewise Nu'aymân, the young man of good disposition

Likewise al-Hârith al-Awsi then by Aqil
Who in martyrdom found the most excellent resting place

Likewise by Bahâth, Libda with Abu
Ayyub, then Mu'tab, companions of righteousness

'Ațiyya al-Badri with their Sayfi
Likewise Abu Dawûd who were granted divine assistance

Likewise Abu Makhshi and 'Abdullah, the-
n Sawwâd al-Badri, men of sight

Also Abu Shaykh, likewise their Khuzayma
And likewise Khabbâb and Dhukwân the righteous

Likewise Abu Qays and 'Abdullah, the-
n al-Harith who advanced on the day of fleeing

Likewise by 'Abdullah then Rifa'
And likewise by 'Abdullah, fierce but righteous

And Abu Sabara, then 'Abdullah, the-
n Hamza who brought the enemy to the ground when war ignited

Likewise by Mas'ûd, then 'Abdullah
With Your astute slaves who fervently prayed at night

And Abu Qatâda, then 'Abdullah, the-
n the freed slave al-Harith and the righteous slaves

Also Abu Salma, likewise their Mu'adh
And Wadiy'a who secured the sweet taste of magnificence

And Yazîd and Nu'mân and their 'Umayr
Likewise 'Abdullah who was accorded understanding

And Abu Kabsha and then by their Wahb, the
Lion who destroyed enemy lines once they split

And likewise by 'Abdullah then their Wahb
And Fakihi al-Badri, men of prosperity

And by 'Âmir, then al-Tufayl and 'Âmir
Who destroyed the enemy transfixed on what was commanded

And 'Usayma al-Badri with their Khallâd
And Hilal, likewise 'Abs who overcame

And by Wâqid, Hani and al-Harith al-
Awsi, then Yazîd who shone and was delighted

And Yazîd with Daqa and Abdullah, the-
n al-Sâib, the freed slave, a fierce young man with contempt

And by their Qays, 'Umayr and Ka'b
And Abu Sinân who fired up the heat of battle

And the freed slave, al-Harith and 'Abdullah, the-
n their 'Ubayd and 'Umayr who tore up the enemy

And likewise Abul Haytham, Khu'bathina
And likewise by 'Abdullah, one of those who frowned

And Zayd with 'Amr and 'Abdullah, the-
n al-Harith of Aws who brought to the ground those who fled

And their 'Umayr and 'Ubayd and 'Abdullah
With Salma who left them as a warning

Likewise by 'Abdullah then their 'Ubayd
Befriended by martyrdom and that is the best that could be attained

And Abul Khârija who was presented with
All peaks of glory which he mounted and claimed

And by Abdu Rabbihi and al-Tufayl and Qays
Likewise 'Uqba who expertly killed the enemy

And likewise Abul 'Awâr and Qays among them
And Abu Marthad and 'Amr who drove them back

Likewise Dhamra with Abu Khallâd, the
Attacking, ravenous lion who roared

And by their Sa'd, Sahl, Sa'd
And by 'Âmir and al-Tufayl who was granted victory

Also al-Nu'mân, al-Nu'mân and al-
Nu'mân with Salma who at Badr were victorious

And Abu Lahna then 'Abdullah, the-
n Qutba who rose to You and took residence there

Likewise by 'Abdullah then 'Amr
And Abu Talha who from there dampened high spirits

And likewise by 'Abdullah then their Mu'adh
And 'Amr who repeatedly on the day of disbelief put to flight

And by Mundhir al-Badri then Mundhir bin
Muhammad, and by their Sa'd who indeed circled

And by their 'Amr and 'Abdullah
Who brought Abu Jahl to the ground and sent him to hell

And every Badri among them, Mus'ab
And their Sa'd and Rafa' who helped

And likewise 'Ubayda then Tha'laba
Who, by the sharp sword, divided and shattered their army

And by Mâlik then Rabi'a and Mâlik
And their Khulayd and Râfi who rose like the full moon

And by Mas'ûd and Khowla and Khaw-
wât, and Mas'ûd and Khabâb the ragged

And by Thâbit, Khâlid and Mâlik
Their Simmâk and likewise Khallâd, sweet of voice

And Mua'wwidh and their Shârik and Shuja'a
And also al-Ďahâk, appearing like moons

Likewise 'Abdullah, then by their 'Awf
Abu Mulîl with Tulayb who broke the enemy

And their Suhayl, Harâm and Sa'd
And Tha'laba, the famous lion

And 'Abdul Rahmân, likewise 'Amr
And Surâqa al-Badri who broke the iniquitous

And al-Hârith al-Badri with their Midlâj
And their Suhayl and Sulaym who kept company of mountains

And by their 'Amr, Suwayt and Sa'd
Likewise Abu Mas'ûd, noble hunters

And Abu Habîb, then 'Uqba and the youth
'Itbân who wrestled the assailants into the grave

And by Nawfal and Rashîd, likewise Abu
Ďiyâḥ who killed those who persisted

And Abu Şirma, then 'Abdullah with
Sufyân and 'Amr who at Badr took revenge

And by their Ma'an, Sâlim and Mâlik
And their Ma'an and Habib, the noblemen

And by Asim, Âmir and Asim
Who loved blessing and reward and attained

Likewise Rifa' with Rabi'a who rose
And their 'Umayr and 'Amr in his glory

And Abu Dujâna and the young Haritha
And Abu 'Uqba who loved the beautiful Houris

Likewise Mas'ûd with Nu'mân, the-
n their Hubayl, likewise 'Uthmân, most righteous

And Mubashir, their Sa'd and Bishr also
And al-Ďahâk then Abul Yasir

And likewise by Farwa, then Wadqa, then Dhak-
wân bin Abdul Qays who vanquished the troops

And likewise all the angels who attended
Badr to support Mustafa, the guide of humankind

Names of the Martyrs of Uhud (May Allah be pleased with them)

And by all the witnesses of Uhud, I ask You,
Those who won martyrdom, and then by those who were present.

And Abu 'Umara, the Master of Martyrs, the li-
on of Allah, Hamza, who would roar when he met the enemy.

And by Harith, and by Rafi', and their Husayl,
And likewise by Khallad, and 'Abda the mindful.

And likewise by 'Abdullah with Sahl, and 'Ab-
dullah with Sahl, the strivers against those who disbelieved.

And Abu Hubayra with Abu Sufyan, the-
n Abu Haram, who crossed over into the gardens of Eden.

And by Malik, and their Yasar, and by their 'Amr,
Companions of the one to whom the gazelle and stone spoke to.

And Abu Ayman, then 'Abdullah, the
Most glorious, cast down as a martyr in the wasteland.

And by Thabit, and their Iyas, and Mujadhdhar,
And likewise by 'Abdullah of dazzling light.

And by Mus'ab, and by Ma'bad, and by 'Amir,
And Yazid, then 'Umara, the righteous mountain.

And likewise Rifa'a with Rifa'a, and the youth
Kaysan with 'Amr, companions whose blood poured forth.

And by Rafi', and their Habib, and by Harith,
And by Malik, on the day of adversity who stood firm.

And likewise by 'Abdullah with their Dhakwan,
And likewise Abu Habba, the generous and pure.

And by Harith, and by Malik, and by Harith,
Who in life were blessed with the radiant chapters.

And by 'Abdur Rahman, likewise by Rifa'a al-
Awsi, then their Khidash, the charging heroes.

And Yazid, then by 'Amir, and by their Sa'd,
Who were killed in Your path among the rocks.

And their Unays, and by their Aws, and by Thabit,
And by their Thaqaf, and by Harith, who compelled the foe.

And by Thabit, and likewise by 'Abdullah, by
Whom the valley of Shahdha and the towns were honored.

And likewise by Tha'laba the brave, and their Sahl,
And likewise by 'Utba, then Hanzala the pure.

And their Subay', and by Harith, and their Sulaym,
With the aforementioned Thaqaf, of abundant reward.

And likewise by 'Abbad, and 'Aqraba the youth,
And likewise by Sayfi, and Dhamra who ventured forth.

Also Abu Zayd, and Shammas, likewise
Nu'man with Nu'man of overwhelming generosity.

And by their 'Amr, and by their Qays, and by their Sa'd,
Helpers of the Chosen One, to whom the trees hastened.

Also by 'Abdullah with Salama, likewise
Nu'man with Sa'd, and Khaythama the moon.

And their Sulaym, and by Harith, and their Hubab,
Who gave generously of their souls, and none held back.

And likewise by Kharija the generous, and their Aws,
And by their 'Amr, and likewise by 'Antara the bright.

And their 'Ubayd, and by 'Amir, and their 'Ubayd,
Whose resting place is pure and their reward vast.

And by their Qays, and by Rafi', and by Malik,
From whom the scent of that fragrant musk was inhaled.

And their Iyas, and by Nawfal, and by their Qays,
And their Sa'id, whose destiny granted a pure resting place.

And their 'Umayr, and by their Wahb, and by their 'Amr,
And their Ziyad, whose light spread far and wide.

Also by 'Abbas, and their Zayd, likewise
Anas and Qurra, who were thankful for the ultimate reward.

The Conclusion

And likewise by Fatima, who was favored above
All women, and adorned with the necklace of pride.

Also by the two Hasans, the grandsons of the Master of
Both worlds, whom he covered and shielded with his cloak.

And by his uncle Al-'Abbas, then by his scholarly
Son 'Abdullah, the lantern of deep thought.

And likewise by all the family, the companions, the
Wives, and the aunts, the ladies of modesty.

And 'Ali Al-Sajjad, the lamp of the dark night,
And by Baqir, who laid bare the landmarks of knowledge.

And by Sadiq, and by Kazim, then Al-Rida,
Who enlivened the mosques and the schools.

And likewise by the rest of the followers, people of piety,
And the just Umayyad, our master 'Umar.

And Abu Hanifa, and the youth Ibn Idris,
And by Malik, and by Ahmad, the noble lions.

And by anyone who has a high station with You,
The Pole of the era, and every Pole who has passed.

And by those who were given the pure wine of Your love,
The people of passion and the annihilation of intoxication.

And likewise by those who witnessed the beauty, and whose
Sides shunned their beds at night in vigilance.

Also their Jilani, the aid of mankind,
And likewise Al-Dusuqi, the famed leader.

And by my master Al-Badawi, may his secret be sanctified,
And by their Pole, that radiant Al-Rifa'i.

That You make our ending excellent and grant me Your pleasure,
And bless me with goodness and fulfill my needs.

And likewise make my good thoughts of You a reality, O
The One who never disappoints whoever comes to Him in need.

And pardon my stumbles, O my Lord, for there is no
Master besides You who pardons the stumble of the one who falls.

And protect us from every grievous affliction,
And from the enemies who intend harm towards us.

And from the envious, and every devil, and whoever
Transgresses against me, and whoever insists on plotting against me.

And surround us with Your hidden grace in destiny,
O You who continues to be gentle with us in what is decreed.

And protect us from the trials of life, and from
The trials of death, and everything that leads to evil.

And when death approaches me, let us die,
My Lord, upon a good ending without terror.

And protect us by Your grace from the fires on
A day that terrifies creation with horror and heat.

And in the Paradise of Firdaws, settle us with the
Chosen One, then grant us the blessing of gazing upon You.

Then blessings and peace be upon the one
Whom You supported with the swords of angels and men.

And his family and companions, the fierce lions in battle,
The masters of great deeds, historic sites, and victory.

(Will a servant be wronged who has settled in your sanctuary,
O masters who have had mastery since eternity?)

(I have come to you crying out for help,
O you in whom all wishes and hopes are placed.)

(You are the guardians of the living, O aid of humanity,
Be a visible and swift victory for us.)

(God forbid that our expectations be disappointed in
The quarters of the kings, the Gnostics, the people of state.)

(For they are the first and the last; some of them
Had all care preceded for them in eternity.)

And may the blessings of Allah be upon our master Muhammad, and his family, and all his companions.
