Istighfār Shahr Rajab

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
وَصَلَّى اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ
وَأَتُوبُ إِلَى اللَّهِ مِنْ جَمِيعِ مَا يَكْرَهُ اللَّهُ قَوْلًا وَفِعْلًا وَخَاطِرًا وَبَاطِنًا وَظَاهِرًا
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيَّ الْقَيُّومَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ لِمَا قَدَّمْتُ وَمَا أَخَّرْتُ وَمَا أَسْرَرْتُ وَمَا أَعْلَنْتُ
وَمَا أَسْرَفْتُ وَمَا أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنِّي أَنْتَ الْمُقَدِّمُ وَأَنْتَ الْمُؤَخِّرُ وَأَنْتَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الذُّنُوبِ وَالْآثَامِ
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ لِذُنُوبِي كُلِّهَا سِرِّهَا وَجَهْرِهَا وَصَغِيرِهَا وَكَبِيرِهَا وَقَدِيمِهَا وَجَدِيدِهَا وَأَوَّلِهَا وَآخِرِهَا وَظَاهِرِهَا وَبَاطِنِهَا وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ مِنْ كُلِّ ذَنْبٍ تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ عُدْتُ فِيهِ
وَأَسْتَغْفِرُكَ لِمَا أَرَدْتُ بِهِ وَجْهَكَ الْكَرِيمَ فَخَالَطَهُ مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ فِيهِ رِضًا
وَأَسْتَغْفِرُكَ لِمَا وَعَدْتُكَ بِهِ مِنْ نَفْسِي ثُمَّ أَخْلَفْتُكَ فِيهِ

وَأَسْتَغْفِرُكَ لِمَا دَعَانِي إِلَيْهِ الْهَوَى مِنْ قِبَلِ الرُّخَصِ مِمَّا اشْتَبَهَ عَلَيَّ وَهُوَ عِنْدَكَ حَرَامٌ
وَأَسْتَغْفِرُكَ يَا مَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ يَا عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ مِنْ كُلِّ سَيِّئَةٍ عَمِلْتُهَا فِي بَيَاضِ النَّهَارِ وَسَوَادِ اللَّيْلِ فِي مَلَأٍ وَخَلَاءٍ
وَسِرٍّ وَعَلَانِيَةٍ وَأَنْتَ نَاظِرٌ إِلَيَّ إِذِ ارْتَكَبْتُهَا وَأَتَيْتُ بِهَا مِنَ الْعِصْيَانِ فَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ يَا حَلِيمُ يَا كَرِيمُ يَا رَحِيمُ

وَأَسْتَغْفِرُكَ مِنَ النِّعَمِ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ بِهَا عَلَيَّ فَتَقَوَّيْتُ بِهَا عَلَى مَعْصِيَتِكَ

وَأَسْتَغْفِرُكَ مِنَ الذُّنُوبِ الَّتِي لَا يَعْرِفُهَا أَحَدٌ غَيْرُكَ وَلَا يَطَّلِعُ عَلَيْهَا أَحَدٌ سِوَاكَ وَلَا يَسَعُهَا إِلَّا حِلْمُكَ وَلَا يُنَجِّينِي مِنْهَا إِلَّا عَفْوُكَ
وَأَسْتَغْفِرُكَ مِنْ كُلِّ يَمِينٍ سَلَفَتْ مِنِّي فَحَنِثْتُ فِيهَا وَأَنَا عِنْدَكَ مُؤَاخَذٌ بِهَا
وَأَسْتَغْفِرُكَ يَا مَنْ :
﴿ لَّآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنتَ سُبْحَـٰنَكَ إِنِّى كُنتُ مِنَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ ۝
فَٱسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُۥ وَنَجَّيْنَـٰهُ مِنَ ٱلْغَمِّ ۚ وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُـۨجِى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ۝
وَزَكَرِيَّآ إِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُۥ رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِى فَرْدًا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ ٱلْوَٰرِثِينَ ۝ ﴾
﴿ رَّبِّ ٱغْفِرْ وَٱرْحَمْ وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ ٱلرَّٰحِمِينَ ۝ ﴾

وَأَسْتَغْفِرُكَ مِنْ كُلِّ فَرِيضَةٍ أَوْجَبْتَهَا عَلَيَّ فِي آنَاءِ اللَّيْلِ وَأَطْرَافِ النَّهَارِ
فَتَرَكْتُهَا خَطَأً أَوْ عَمْدًا أَوْ نِسْيَانًا أَوْ تَهَاوُنًا أَوْ جَهْلًا وَأَنَا مُعَاقَبٌ بِهَا

وَأَسْتَغْفِرُكَ مِنْ كُلِّ سُنَّةٍ مِنْ سُنَنِ سَيِّدِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ وَخَاتَمِ النَّبِيِّينَ نَبِيِّكَ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَتَرَكْتُهَا غَفْلَةً أَوْ سَهْوًا أَوْ نِسْيَانًا أَوْ تَهَاوُنًا أَوْ جَهْلًا أَوْ قِلَّةَ مُبَالَاةٍ بِهَا

وَأَسْتَغْفِرُكَ يَا مَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ وَأَنَّ سَيِّدَنَا مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُكَ وَرَسُولُكَ

سُبْحَانَكَ يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ لَكَ الْمُلْكُ وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ وَأَنْتَ حَسْبُنَا وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ نِعْمَ الْمَوْلَى وَنِعْمَ النَّصِيرُ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ

يَا جَابِرَ كُلِّ كَسِيرٍ وَيَا مُؤْنِسَ كُلِّ وَحِيدٍ وَيَا صَاحِبَ كُلِّ غَرِيبٍ
وَيَا مُيَسِّرَ كُلِّ عَسِيرٍ يَا مَنْ لَا يَحْتَاجُ إِلَى الْبَيَانِ وَالتَّفْسِيرِ وَأَنْتَ عَلَى مَا تَشَاءُ قَدِيرٌ

وَصَلَّى اللَّهُ تَعَالَى وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ بِعَدَدِ مَنْ صَلَّى عَلَيْهِ وَبِعَدَدِ مَنْ لَمْ يُصَلِّ عَلَيْهِ
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى رُوحِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ فِي الْأَرْوَاحِ
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى تُرْبَةِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ فِي التُّرَابِ
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى قَبْرِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ فِي الْقُبُورِ
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ صُورَةِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ فِي الصُّوَرِ
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ اسْمِ سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ فِي الْأَسْمَاءِ

﴿لَقَدْ جَآءَكُمْ رَسُولٌ مِّنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ عَزِيزٌ عَلَيْهِ مَا عَنِتُّمْ حَرِيصٌ عَلَيْكُم بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ ۝
فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا۟ فَقُلْ حَسْبِىَ ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ ۖ وَهُوَ رَبُّ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ ۝ ﴾

وَصَلَّى اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ
وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ فِي كُلِّ لَحْظَةٍ أَبَدًا عَدَدَ خَلْقِهِ وَرِضَاءَ نَفْسِهِ وَزِنَةَ عَرْشِهِ وَمِدَادَ كَلِمَاتِهِ

Bismi llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm

Wa ṣallā Allāhu taʿālā ʿalā sayyidinā Muḥammadin wa ʿalā ālihi wa ṣaḥbihi wa sallam

Astaghfiru Allāh, astaghfiru Allāh, astaghfiru Allāh

Wa atūbu ilā Allāhi min jamīʿi mā yakrahu Allāhu qawlan wa fiʿlan wa khāṭiran wa bāṭinan wa ẓāhiran

Astaghfiru Allāha l-ʿAẓīma l-ladhī lā ilāha illā huwa l-Ḥayya l-Qayyūma wa atūbu ilayh

Allāhumma innī astaghfiruka limā qaddamtu wa mā akhkhartu wa mā asrartu wa mā aʿlantu

Wa mā asraftu wa mā anta aʿlamu bihi minnī anta l-Muqaddimu wa anta l-Muʾakhkhiru wa anta ʿalā kulli shayʾin qadīr

Astaghfiru Allāha dhā l-jalāli wa-l-ikrāmi min jamīʿi dh-dhunūbi wa-l-āthām

Astaghfiru Allāha li-dhunūbī kullihā sirrihā wa jahrihā wa ṣaghīrihā wa kabīrihā wa qadīmihā wa jadīdihā wa awwalihā wa ākhirihā wa ẓāhirihā wa bāṭinihā wa atūbu ilayh

Allāhumma innī astaghfiruka min kulli dhanbin tubtu ilayka minhu thumma ʿudtu fīh

Wa astaghfiruka limā aradtu bihi wajhaka l-karīma fa-khālaṭahu mā laysa laka fīhi riḍan

Wa astaghfiruka limā waʿadtuka bihi min nafsī thumma akhlaftuka fīh

Wa astaghfiruka limā daʿānī ilayhi l-hawā min qibali r-rukhaṣi mimmā ishtabaha ʿalayya wa huwa ʿindaka ḥarām

Wa astaghfiruka yā man lā ilāha illā anta yā ʿālima l-ghaybi wa-sh-shahādati min kulli sayyiʾatin ʿamiltuhā fī bayāḍi n-nahāri wa sawādi l-layli fī malaʾin wa khalāʾ

Wa sirrin wa ʿalāniyatin wa anta nāẓirun ilayya idh irtakabtuhā wa ataytu bihā mina l-ʿiṣyāni fa-atūbu ilayka yā Ḥalīmu yā Karīmu yā Raḥīm

Wa astaghfiruka mina n-niʿami l-latī anʿamta bihā ʿalayya fa-taqawwaytu bihā ʿalā maʿṣiyatik

Wa astaghfiruka mina dh-dhunūbi l-latī lā yaʿrifuhā aḥadun ghayruka wa lā yaṭṭaliʿu ʿalayhā aḥadun siwāka wa lā yasaʿuhā illā ḥilmuka wa lā yunajjīnī minhā illā ʿafwuk

Wa astaghfiruka min kulli yamīnin salafat minnī fa-ḥanathtu fīhā wa ana ʿindaka muʾākhadhun bihā

Wa astaghfiruka yā man:

"Lā ilāha illā anta subḥānaka innī kuntu mina ẓ-ẓālimīn

Fa-stajabnā lahu wa najjaynāhu mina l-ghammi wa kadhālika nunjī l-muʾminīn

Wa Zakariyyā idh nādā rabbahu rabbi lā tadharnī fardan wa anta khayru l-wārithīn"

"Rabbi ghfir wa-rḥam wa anta khayru r-rāḥimīn"

Wa astaghfiruka min kulli farīḍatin awjabtahā ʿalayya fī ānāʾi l-layli wa aṭrāfi n-nahār

Fa-taraktuhā khaṭaʾan aw ʿamdan aw nisyānan aw tahāwunan aw jahlan wa ana muʿāqabun bihā

Wa astaghfiruka min kulli sunnatin min sunani sayyidi l-mursalīna wa khātami n-nabiyyīna nabiyyika sayyidinā Muḥammadin ṣallā Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-ālihi wa-ṣaḥbihi wa-sallam fa-taraktuhā ghaflatan aw sahwan aw nisyānan aw tahāwunan aw jahlan aw qillata mubālātin bihā

Wa astaghfiruka yā man lā ilāha illā anta waḥdaka lā sharīka laka wa anna sayyidanā Muḥammadan ʿabduka wa rasūluk

Subḥānaka yā rabba l-ʿālamīna laka l-mulku wa laka l-ḥamdu wa anta ḥasbunā wa niʿma l-wakīlu niʿma l-mawlā wa niʿma n-naṣīru wa lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā bi-llāhi l-ʿAliyyi l-ʿAẓīm

Yā jābira kulli kasīrin wa yā muʾnisa kulli waḥīdin wa yā ṣāḥiba kulli gharīb

Wa yā muyassira kulli ʿasīrin yā man lā yaḥtāju ilā l-bayāni wa-t-tafsīri wa anta ʿalā mā tashāʾu qadīr

Wa ṣallā Allāhu taʿālā wa sallama ʿalā sayyidinā Muḥammadin wa-ālihi wa-ṣaḥbihi bi-ʿadadi man ṣallā ʿalayhi wa bi-ʿadadi man lam yuṣalli ʿalayh

Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā rūḥi sayyidinā Muḥammadin fī l-arwāḥ

Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā turbati sayyidinā Muḥammadin fī t-turāb

Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā qabri sayyidinā Muḥammadin fī l-qubūr

Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā ṣūrati sayyidinā Muḥammadin fī ṣ-ṣuwar

Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā ismi sayyidinā Muḥammadin fī l-asmāʾ

"Laqad jāʾakum rasūlun min anfusikum ʿazīzun ʿalayhi mā ʿanittum ḥarīṣun ʿalaykum bi-l-muʾminīna raʾūfun raḥīm.
Fa-in tawallaw fa-qul ḥasbiya Allāhu lā ilāha illā huwa ʿalayhi tawakkaltu wa huwa rabbu l-ʿarshi l-ʿaẓīm"

Wa ṣallā Allāhu taʿālā ʿalā sayyidinā Muḥammadin wa ʿalā ālihi wa ṣaḥbihi wa sallam

Wa-l-ḥamdu li-llāhi rabbi l-ʿālamīna fī kulli laḥẓatin abadan ʿadada khalqihi wa riḍāʾa nafsihi wa zinata ʿarshihi wa midāda kalimātihi

In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate
And may Allah Most High send blessings and peace upon our master Muhammad, and upon his family and his companions

I seek forgiveness from Allah, I seek forgiveness from Allah, I seek forgiveness from Allah
And I repent to Allah from everything Allah dislikes, in word and deed, in thought, inwardly and outwardly
I seek forgiveness from Allah the Magnificent, there is no god but Him, the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting, and I repent to Him

O Allah, indeed I seek Your forgiveness for what I have put forward and what I have delayed, what I have concealed and what I have made public,
And for what I have transgressed in, and what You know better than I. You are the One who brings forward and the One who delays, and You have power over all things

I seek forgiveness from Allah, the Possessor of Majesty and Honour, for all sins and offenses
I seek forgiveness from Allah for all my sins, those hidden and those open, the small and the great, the old and the new, the first and the last, the outward and the inward, and I repent to Him

O Allah, I seek Your forgiveness for every sin from which I repented to You, then returned to it
And I seek Your forgiveness for what I intended by it Your noble Face, but it became mixed with that which You are not pleased with
And I seek Your forgiveness for what I promised You from myself, then broke that promise

And I seek Your forgiveness for what desire called me to through dispensations that were doubtful to me while they are unlawful with You
And I seek Your forgiveness, O You besides whom there is no god, O Knower of the unseen and the seen, for every evil I committed in the brightness of day and the darkness of night, in public and in private,
In secrecy and openly, while You were watching me as I committed it and brought it forth in disobedience, so I repent to You, O Forbearing One, O Generous One, O Merciful One

And I seek Your forgiveness for the blessings You bestowed upon me, which I then used as strength for disobedience to You

And I seek Your forgiveness for sins that none knows except You, none sees except You, which none can encompass except Your forbearance, and from which none can save me except Your pardon
And I seek Your forgiveness for every oath I made and then broke, while I am held accountable for it before You
And I seek Your forgiveness, O You who said:
“There is no god but You; glory be to You. Indeed, I was among the wrongdoers.
So We responded to him and saved him from distress; and thus do We save the believers.
And Zakariyya, when he called upon his Lord: ‘My Lord, do not leave me alone, while You are the best of inheritors.’”
“My Lord, forgive and have mercy, and You are the best of the merciful.”

And I seek Your forgiveness for every obligation You imposed upon me during the hours of night and the ends of the day,
Which I abandoned through error, or intentionally, or forgetfulness, or negligence, or ignorance,while I am deserving of punishment for it

And I seek Your forgiveness for every Sunnah from the practices of the Master of the Messengers and the Seal of the Prophets, Your Prophet, our master Muhammad, may Allah bless him and his family and companions and grant them peace, Which I abandoned out of heedlessness, or absentmindedness, or forgetfulness, or negligence, or ignorance, or lack of concern

And I seek Your forgiveness, O You besides whom there is no god, alone, without partner, and that our master Muhammad is Your servant and Your Messenger

Glory be to You, O Lord of the worlds. To You belongs sovereignty and to You belongs praise. You are sufficient for us and the best Disposer of affairs—the best Protector and the best Helper. There is no power nor might except through Allah, the Most High, the Magnificent

O Mender of every broken one, O Companion of every lonely one, O Friend of every stranger,
O One who makes every hardship easy, O You who have no need for explanation or interpretation, and You are powerful over whatever You will

And may Allah Most High send blessings and peace upon our master Muhammad and upon his family and companions, by the number of those who send blessings upon him and by the number of those who do not
O Allah, send blessings upon the spirit of our master Muhammad among the spirits
O Allah, send blessings upon the soil of our master Muhammad among the earth
O Allah, send blessings upon the grave of our master Muhammad among the graves
O Allah, send blessings upon the form of our master Muhammad among forms
O Allah, send blessings upon the name of our master Muhammad among names

“There has certainly come to you a Messenger from among yourselves; grievous to him is what you suffer; he is deeply concerned for you; toward the believers he is gentle and merciful.
So if they turn away, say: Allah is sufficient for me. There is no god but Him. Upon Him I rely, and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne.”

And may Allah Most High send blessings and peace upon our master Muhammad and upon his family and companions
And all praise is for Allah, Lord of the worlds, at every moment forever, according to the number of His creation, the pleasure of His Self, the weight of His Throne, and the ink of His words
