Yā rijālan ghābū fī ḥaḍratillāh

يَا رِجَالًا غَابُوا فِي حَضْرَةِ اللهِ
كَالثُّلَيْجَ ذَابُوا وَاللهِ وَاللهِ
تَرَاهُمْ حَيَارَى فِي شُهُودِ اللهِ
تَرَاهُمْ سُكَارَى وَاللهِ وَاللهِ
تَرَاهُمْ نَشَاوَى عِنْدَ ذِكْرِ اللهِ
عَلَيْهِمْ طَلَاوَهْ مِنْ حَضْرَةِ اللهِ
إِنْ غَنَّى المُغَنِّي بِجَمَالِ اللهِ
فَقَامُوا لِلْمَغْنَى طَرَبًا بِاللهِ
نَسْمَتُهُمْ هَبَّتْ مِنْ حَضْرَةِ اللهِ
حَيَاتُهُمْ دَامَتْ بِحَيَاةِ اللهِ
قُلُوبٌ خَائِضَه فِي رَحْمَةِ اللهِ
أَسْرَارٌ فَائِضَه وَاللهِ وَاللهِ
عُقُولٌ ذَاهِلَه مِنْ سَطْوَةِ اللهِ
نُفُوسٌ ذَلِيلَه فِي طَلَبِ اللهِ
فَهُمُ الأَغْنِيَا بِنِسْبَةِ اللهِ
وَهُمُ الأَتْقِيَا وَاللهِ وَاللهِ
مَنْ رَآهُمْ رَأَى مَنْ قَامَ بِاللهِ
فَهُمُ فِي الوَرَى مِنْ عُيُونِ اللهِ
عَلَيْهِمُ الرَّحْمَه وَرِضْوَانُ اللهِ
عَلَيْهِمُ نَسْمَه مِنْ حَضْرَةِ اللهِ

Yā rijālan ghābū fī ḥaḍratillāh
Kath-thulayja dhābū wallāhi wallāh
Tarāhum ḥayārā fī shuhūdillāh
Tarāhum sukārā wallāhi wallāh
Tarāhum nashāwā ʿinda dhikrillāh
ʿAlayhim ṭalāwah min ḥaḍratillāh
In ghannā al-mughannī bijamālillāh
Faqāmū lil-maghnā ṭaraban billāh
Nasmatuhum habbat min ḥaḍratillāh
Ḥayātuhum dāmat biḥayātillāh
Qulūbun khāʾiḍah fī raḥmatillāh
Asrārun fāʾiḍah wallāhi wallāh
ʿUqūlun dhāhilah min saṭwatillāh
Nufūsun dhalīlah fī ṭalabillāh
Fahum al-aghniyāʾ binisbatillāh
Wahum al-atqiyāʾ wallāhi wallāh
Man raʾāhum raʾā man qāma billāh
Fahum fī al-warā min ʿuyūnillāh
ʿAlayhimu ar-raḥmah wariḍwānullāh
ʿAlayhim nasmah min ḥaḍratillāh

O men who've disappeared in the presence of Allah,
Like a snowflake melting, by Allah! By Allah!
You see them bewildered in the contemplation of Allah,
You see them drunk, By Allah! By Allah!
You see them intoxicated in the remembrance of Allah,
They have grace from the presence of Allah.
When the singer sings about the beauty of Allah,
They stand to go to the dwelling, out of joy with Allah.
Their zephyr is gently blowing from the presence of Allah,
Their lives are prolonged by the enlivening of Allah.
Hearts embarked in the mercy of Allah,
Secrets overflowing, by Allah! By Allah.
Minds stymied by the power of Allah,
Souls humbled in the pursuit of Allah.
They are the rich ones through their relation to Allah,
They are the Godfearing ones, by Allah! By Allah!
Whoever sees them, sees those who subsist through Allah,
For among people, they're the eyes of Allah.
On them be Allah's blessing and greatest pleasure,
On them be a gentle breeze from the presence of Allah.
