Anā lahā anā lahā

أَنَا لَهَا أَنَا لَهَا مَنْ غَيْرُ أَحْمَدَ قَالَهَا ؟
هُوَ أَحْمَدٌ فَاسْمَعْ لَهُ
فِي كُلِّ حَرْفٍ قَالَهُ
كُلُّ الْخَلَائِقِ حَوْلَهُ
تُزْجِي لَهُ آمَالَهَا
هُوَ أَحْمَدٌ هُوَ مُحَمَّدٌ
هُوَ فِي الْقِيَامَةِ سَيِّدٌ
هُوَ شَافِعٌ هُوَ مُنْجِدٌ
إِذْ يَسْأَلُونَهُ مَنْ لَهَا ؟
طَالَ ابْتِهَالُ مُحَمَّدِ
لِلَّهِ يَوْمَ الْمَوْعِدِ
فِي سَجْدَةٍ لَمْ تُعْهَدِ
مَنْ غَيْرُ أَحْمَدَ نَالَهَا ؟
اِشْفَعْ إِمَامَ الْمُرْسَلِين
وَاسْأَلْ سَتُعْطَى يَا أَمِين
فَدَعَا إِلَهَ الْعَالَمِين
هِيَ أُمَّتِي فَاغْفِرْ لَهَا

Anā lahā anā lahā Man ghayru Aḥmada qālahā?
Huwa Aḥmadun fasmaʿ lahu
fī kulli ḥarfin qālahu
Kullu al-khalāʾiqi ḥawlahu
tuzjī lahu āmālahā
Huwa Aḥmadun wa Muḥammadu
huwa fī al-qiyāmati sayyidu
Huwa shāfiʿun, huwa munjidu
idh yasʾalūnahu: man lahā?
Ṭāla ibtihālu Muḥammadi
lillāhi yawma al-mawʿidi
Fī sajdatin lam tuʿhadi
man ghayru Aḥmada nālahā?
Ishfaʿ imāma al-mursalīn
wasʾal sutuʿṭā yā Amīn
Fadaʿā ilāha al-ʿālamīn
hiya ummatī, faghfir lahā

This is for me, this is for me, who but Ahmad could have uttered this?
He is Ahmad, so listen to him
in every word he spoke.

All of creation around him
sends forth its hopes to him.
He is Ahmad, he is Muhammad;
he is the Master on the Day of Resurrection.

He is the intercessor, he is the rescuer,
when they cry out to him, who will be for us?

Long was Muhammad’s humble supplication
to Allah on the Day of the Promise,
in a prostration never witnessed before,
who but Ahmad attained it?

Intercede, O leader of the Messengers;
ask, and you shall be granted, O Trustworthy One.
So he called upon the Lord of all worlds:
They are my nation, so forgive them.
