Ya Sayyid al-Saadaat

يَا سَيِّدَ السَّادَاتِ يَا بَابَ الحِمَىٰ
يَا مَن عَلَى الرُّسْلِ الكِرَامِ تَقَدَّمَا
وَصَفَا الزَّمَانُ بِمَدْحِ طَهَ وَاكْتَسَىٰ
عِزًّا وَإِجْلَالًا وَزَادَ تَكَرُّمًا
وَجَرَىٰ بِطَلْعَةِ بَدْرِهِ بَحْرُ الوَفَا
وَشَدَى الزَّمَانُ بِمَدْحِهِ وَتَرَنَّمَا

Yā sayyida s-sādāti yā bāba l-ḥimā
Yā man ʿalā r-rusli l-kirāmi taqaddamā
Wa ṣafā z-zamānu bi-madḥi Ṭāhā wa-ktasā
ʿIzzan wa ijlālan wa zāda takarrumā
Wa jarā bi-ṭalʿati badrihi baḥru l-wafā
Wa shadā z-zamānu bi-madḥihi wa tarannamā

O Master of all masters, O gateway to protection.
O you who surpassed the noble messengers
Time has become pure by praising Taha and adorned itself
With honor and reverence, and increased in generosity.
The sea of loyalty flows with the appearance of his full moon.
And time sings and chants his praise.
